2005 Assistive Technology Expo

Start Date: January 13, 2005

End Date: January 14, 2005

Description:Autism is a "spectrum" disorder, which means it can affect an individual anywhere from slightly to severely. Since this is quite a large range, children have been diagnosed more frequently because information about ASD is disseminated throughout their communities. As teachers, parents and health professionals, we have a personal obligation to learn as much as we can to help our children and those with ASD live to their fullest potential. Our company provides in-depth autism education training through conferences nationwide. Our speakers are internationally recognized experts, authors and doctors in the field of autism pectrum disorders. They specialize in different subject matter regarding the disorder including: behavioral and educational strategies, usage of medication, emergency situations, sensory issues, and even personally living with ASD.
