Have purchased same for years. Great support for the neck.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Original products were 100%. Newer ones not as good.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
Shape of the pillow. Outer shell of cotton & polyester

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
Newer products feel too synthetic-like. Not as soft as older products

Any other comments about the product's performance?
If it were possible to exchange 5 of the new ones I've just bought for the older, softer ones, I would even buy an additional 6. They are awesome gifts.
