Diagnosed with fibromyalgia and needed moist heat to reduce symptoms.

How well did the product meet your needs?
EXCELLENT!

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
Size of the heating pad lets it cover a large area.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
Having to hold the "on" button all the time.

Any other comments about the product's performance?
Lasted 14 years with a lot of use! I do, unfortunately, need a new one :)
