We got tired of the plastic models that were loaned "free" but never stayed in a working condition form more than 6 weeks.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Excellent! Possibly the most reliable piece of electronic equipment we have ever owned.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
[1] Durability -- no repairs needed in 15 years.
[2] A/C and battery power allowing portability.
[3] Very easy to use with large tactile controls.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
None that I can think of...

Any other comments about the product's performance?
Rock solid reliability -- this is the level of durability that should be in all accessabiliity tools.
