Why did you purchase the product?
My doctor recommended it.

How well did the product meet your needs?
So far so good I guess. It's very comfortable--just like wearing a soft neck pillow at the small of your back, secured with an elastic strap (that's not adjustable). I was told to wear it in the curve of my side as I slept--I woke up this morning in extreme pain. Supposedly there is one designed for sleeping so I will go get that. They aren't expensive, but I don't know if it will work in the long run.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
It is easy to wear.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
It's pretty obtrusive--there's no hiding it! I guess I could say it's a fanny pack!

Any other comments about the product's performance?
I just need more time to form an opinion
