Why did you purchase the product?
I was given the collar by the ENT department of UNC hospital.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Not very well

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
It cleans up easily.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
The package claimed one size fits all. This is a lie!! I was only able to fasten with about one-fourth inch of velcro. By now it will not fasten at all. The straps should be almost two inches longer.
