Review: Golden Retriever Reacher

Product Information

Manufacturer: American Back Care, Inc.

Reviewed by: Sam Wehby from Hendersonville , Tennessee

Why did you purchase the product?
To enable reaching items not easily reached with my limited ability.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Very well until one of the clamp arms broke off. Apparently it had a crack in the plastic that I did not see when purchased.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
It was very useful in extending my reach without having to ask for help. It seemed to be very well made of substantial materials except for the part that failed. The product was more costly than others I have seen.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
Only one...the part that failed.

Any other comments about the product's performance?
Liked it very well, but seems very unfair that when it failed I cannot get the retailer (Walgreens) or the supplier to supply repair part or repair service.
