Why did you purchase the product?
We had purchased this for my Mom. She had fallen in the past and my husband and I worked during the day so were not always in hte home. She also had diabetes and she aged she began to experience a lot of sugar lows. We needed to be ablt to get her help if needed and we were not home.

How well did the product meet your needs?
This is a fabulous product. We had accidently activated and the unit worked like a charm. Then my Mom had moved out of our home and into an assisted living center. Unfortunately my Mom fell in her little apartment and pushed the button. The address for the device had not been changed out of error and the EMT's came to my address at about 3 a.m. and into my bedroom. I told them that my Mom had moved and where she was and they went there immediately. This company is awesome adn they deliver.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
Just the fact that it works well is enough for me. I liked all the features but felt the necklace was of better quality than the wrist watch.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
None. We tried this all over our 2700 foot home and could be heard in all of the rooms. It was easy to set up and worked as it should.

Any other comments about the product's performance?
I like this so much that I have recommended to elderly friends. Also, I feel that the service is great and it is priced extemely reasonably. My little sister did all the homework and we are all very pleased.
