1. 34 LAMINATE

   Two layered foam seat cushion constructed of Velfloat layer on a High Density foam base. Light to medium flotation. Sizes: 16 by 16 inches by 2, 3 or 4 inches thick, 16 by 18 inches by 2, 3 or 4 inches thick. 140 indention load deflection. Includes zippered washable double knit cover. 2. 4 D LAPBOARD ADJUSTABLE BRACKET MOUNT (08-3000 SERIES)

   Lapboard adjusts vertically, laterally, front and rear. Adjustable tilt. 1/2 inch clear acrylic. Sizes: 24 by 15 inches (08-3111), 22 by 13 inches (08-3211), 20 by 11 inches (08-3311). Also available in 1/4 inch clear acrylic ($300.00). Modifications and accessories: 3/8 inch acrylic, colored acrylic, 1/4 inch ABS plastic, 1/4 inch lexan, cutouts, special widths and depths, aluminum rim, plastic rim, communication overlay.

3. ABDUCTOR AND HARDWARE

   Custom size abductor wedge of laminated woodcore surrounded by 1 inch medium density foam and covered with vinyl upholstery. Pre-attached to mounting bracket unless otherwise specified. Mounted by sliding a slotted aluminum fork onto a knob through a threaded T-nut underneath the seat. Fork provides depth adjustment of 3 inches. Designed to fit over seat with 2 inch thickness, but can be ordered for thicker seating if necessary. Abductor flips down below the seat for transfers when aluminum release tab is pushed. Heavier duty bracket is available. Independent release bracket allows wedge to flip down and swing all the way under the seat for independent transfers. Non flipdown bracket which slides out for transfers is also available. May be ordered as complete sets or as individual replacement parts.

4. ADJUSTABLE CHANNEL BRACKET MOUNT FOR LAPBOARD (MODEL 08-2000)

   Lapboard with adjustable channel, mounts to arm of wheelchair with bracket. 1/4 inch clear acrylic. Sizes: 24 by 24 inches with 15 by 9 inch body cutout, 22 by 22 inches with 13 by 7 1/2 inch body cutout, 20 by 20 inches with 10 by 6 inch body cutout. Modifications and accessories: 3/8 inch acrylic, colored acrylic, 1/4 inch lexan, 1/4 inch ABS, special cutouts, special widths and depths, aluminum rim, plastic rim, communication overlay.

5. ANKLE/FOOT STRAPS

   Pair of velcro straps with mounting hardware and D-ring closures. Can be mounted to padded footboards or existing wheelchair footrests, positioned to strap ankle or forefoot.

6. ARM TROUGH (MODEL 09-2000)

   The Arm Trough, model 09-2000, is an arm trough designed to support and position the arm for use with seating systems and wheelchairs by individuals with mobility and neuromuscular disabilities. For use with on the left and right arm, the Arm Trough is made of .25-inch Kydex with 1-inch nylon webbing straps with faux sheepskin covers. Hook and loop straps or buckle closure are standard. SIZES: Small/pediatric, medium/adolescent and large/adult. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 12 x 4.5 (small); 17 x 5 (medium); and 19 x 5 (large). Elbow stop height is 3 inches (small) or 3.25 inches (medium and large). Wrist rise is 2 inches. Custom sizes are available.

7. ARM TROUGH (MODEL 09-4000)

   The Arm Trough, model 09-4000, is an arm trough designed to support and position the arm for use with seating systems and wheelchairs by individuals with mobility and neuromuscular disabilities. The trough is designed with a curved shape to help protect and keep the forearm in place and features a soft durable Lycra neoprene liner to help reduce skin irritation. Other features include an elbow block to keep the arm stationary in a tilted or reclined position, and a padded wrist strap with Velcro or buckle closure. The trough is constructed of 0.25-inch lightweight Kydex that is durable enough to stand up to heat, cold, and moisture. DIMENSIONS: Length is 10, 12, 14, 16, or 18 inches. Length is measured from elbow to wrist.

8. AUTO STYLE HIP BELT (MODEL EE 3D/103-6000)

   Wheelchair seat belt, nylon webbing and auto style push button buckle. Has a pair of iliac crest relief pads so the the belt may be cinched tightly without causing pressure on the bony prominences. Should be mounted at a 45í angle to the seat.

9. BACK BAR MOUNT, NONPIVOTING TRUNK SUPPORTS (MODEL 105-2000)

   Lateral trunk support for adaptive positioning. 1/4 inch ABS plastic base with separate removable or replaceable cushion. Can be used with a sling or solid back. Pads are straight, not contoured and can adjust vertically, horizontally and front to rear. Universal pad mount allows pad to be oriented to body. Mounts on back frame. Nonpivoting. Sizes: 4 inches long by 3 inches high, 5 inches long by 4 inches high, 6 inches long by 5 inches high, 7 inches long by 6 inches high. Custom sizes available.

10. BED RAIL PADS (MODELS 14-1113 & 14-1112)

    Foam side rail pads, medium firm, shelterite cover, tabs with snaps at four corners. 80 inches long, 12 inches high, 1 inch thick. Available with naugahyde covers (14-1112).

11. BED WEDGES (MODELS 14-9111 & 04-9121)

    Foam bed wedges, medium firm foam, double knit cover. DIMENSIONS: 2 sizes are available. 24 x 24 x 8 to 0 inches (model 04-9111) and 24 x 24 x 12 to 0 inches (model 04-9121).

12. BIFLOAT (01-7000 SERIES)

    Bifloat cushion is fabricated from a lamination of two foam layers. The top is a high resiliency medium firm polyurethane. Base layer is a high density extra firm Neoprene foam. The average weight is 2 to 4 pounds. Standard sizes are 16 inches by 16 inches by 2, 3 or 4 inches, and 18 inches by 16 inches by 2, 3, or 4 inches.

13. CERVICAL PILLOW (MODEL 04-7115)

    Cervical pillow with cotton broadcloth cover filled with styrofoam beads. Contours for individual comfort. Extra covers available.

14. CHEST STRAP & CHEST STRAP WITH PADS

    Soft velcro 2-inch chest strap with side taps. Mounts to solid back or lateral trunk supports with D-rings or buckles. Machine washable. Smaller size available. Can also be ordered with 4 custom size pads to provide flexible surrounding torso support when mounted to solid back with D-rings or buckles. Pads are 1/2 inch medium density foam and 1/2 inch birch plywood and should not exceed 3 inches height.

20. ECONO FLIP PLEVIC STABILIZER (MODEL EE 3E)

    Abductor with a bracket that easily flips down to allow easier transfers. Bracket is a push lever and drops from the front. Always returns to the original position. Adjustable bracket. Constructed of wood, foam padding and naugahyde upholstery, tapered shape. 21. FLAT FOOT REST WITH HEEL STRAPS

    One pair of custom size slotted Kydex foot rest plates with mounting hardware and velcro heel straps. Mount to existing wheelchair footplates to increase foot placement area. Slotted for forward and back adjustment on footplate.

22. FOOT BRACKET PLATFORMS

    Several styles of platforms mount to wheelchair footplates for foot positioning. Complete assembly includes one pair of bent slotted plastic platforms, two pairs of plastic side plates which mount to footplate, one pair of heel plates or stops, and one pair of velcro foot straps. 30. GIZMO TILT-IN-SPACE WHEELCHAIR

    The Gizmo Tilt in Space Wheelchair is a lightweight wheelchair designed for use by children or adults with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (LxW): Cane length of 8 to 13 inches (extra small), 10 to 15 inches (small), 13 to 18 inches (medium), or 15 to 20 inches (long) x 10 to 18 inches wide in one-inch increments. The chair is available in a choice of a folding or rigid frame with optional transport package for bus/van tie-down. The chair has 45 degrees of tilt. Colors include red, green, blue, yellow, white, black, turquoise, pewter, purple, midnight blue, blue stardust, fluorescent yellow, fluorescent bright pink, twilight, or glitter green.     Modification for any Freedom Designs solid back insert, 1/2 inch marine grade plywood, 1 1/2 inches of foam padding, naugahyde upholstery. Cut in the shape of a capital letter-I+ so that trunk supports are at the trunk and adjustable the length of the center section. Can be used with any hardware.

41. LARGE OR SMALL BOOK / UTILITY BAG

    Vinyl or sailcloth book/utility bag with loops to slide over push handles. Bags are made to custom sizes, with large being over 12 inches wide by 12 inches high by 2 inches deep and small being under 12 by 12 by 2. Wide color range.

42. LATERAL HIP AND THIGH SUPPORTS (ADDUCTORS): 104-1000, 104-2000, 104-3000, & 104-4000)

    Adductors of 1/2 inch plywood with Naugahyde, shelterite or synthetic lambswool covers. Front and rear tabs with snaps are standard. Model 104-2000 has solid seat mounting brackets which are laterally adjustable up to 3 inches. Model 104-3000 has mounting brackets in armrests, adductors can be removed with the arms. Model 104-4000 has multi adjustable mounting brackets, supports have 1/4 inch ABS plastic backing with separate removable 1 inch foam cushion. System provides adjustment for seat depth, hip width and degree of adduction support desired. Can be mounted to armrest or seat frame. Order to any size width, length, or thickness.

43. LEG REST WITH SEAT MOUNTING BRACKETS

    Custom size pad and pair of custom angled Kydex or aluminum brackets which mount to front edge of solid seat. Brackets may be hinged to provide adjustability on wheelchair with elevating legrests.

    The Libre is a manual wheelchair designed for use by children or adults with mobility disabilities.     Lapboard of birchwood with waterproof seal and plastic rim. Armrest mounting, velcro fasteners. Sizes: 24 by 24 inches with 15 by 9 inch body cutout, 22 by 22 inches with 13 by 7 1/2 inch body cutout, 20 by 20 inches with 10 by 6 inch body cutout. Custom cutouts, widths and depths available.

91. VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE SOLID BACK MOUNT HEAD/NECK SUPPORT (MODEL 107-1000) & MULTI ADJUST HEAD/NECK SUPPORT (MODEL 107-2000)

    Head and neck support component for adaptive positioning. 4 3/4 inch range of vertical adjustment, or Multi Adjust mounts with bracket to permit vertical, front to rear, tilt and rotational adjustment. 1/4 inch ABS plastic, with separate removable foam pad. Shape allows posterior support at the occiput and rotational control without ear irritation. Mounts on solid back. Sizes: small, medium, large and extra large. Options: custom sizes, hydrocephalus modification, off set mounting. Accessories: head drop control, halo adjustable.

92. VEST, H STYLE VEST, & BUTTERFLY STYLE VEST

    Vest has 4-inch velcro chest piece, 2-inch velcro shoulder straps, and D-rings or buckles for attaching to solid back and/or lateral trunk supports. H-style vest has 2-inch velcro hip strap, 2-inch velcro shoulder straps, 2-inch cross piece to keep straps from sliding off shoulders, and D-rings or buckles for attaching to solid back. Butterfly style vest had vinyl pad with medium density foam over a leather form with 2-inch velcro shoulder and hip straps and D-rings or buckles for attaching to solid back. Small and large sizes in all 3 styles.
