    Baby cry signal. Transmitter can be placed on wall or table within 6 feet of child. Receiver is placed in parents' bedroom next to the portable alarm which has an outlet to attach lamp (for flashing light) or vibrator. No wiring necessary.

  2. COMBINATION HEAVY DUTY BED VIBRATOR AND DELUXE ALARM CLOCK

    The Combination Heavy Duty Bed Vibrator and Deluxe Alarm Clock is a digital alarm clock and bed vibrator designed to wake up individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The vibrator plugs into the back of the clock and is triggered by the clock's audible alarm. It is also good for heavy sleepers. The unit is compact and portable and can be used for home or travel. Both are sold separately (see separate entry).

  3. COMBINATION PILLOW VIBRATOR AND CLOCK (MODEL 2810)

    Combination pillow vibrator and digital clock with large LED display. Clock has built-in outlet for lamps, vibrators or strobes. Deluxe clock features a two-position alarm switch which will flash standard lamp when alarm has been activated. In other position it will turn on vibrators and strobe lights. Clock by itself (##2740) is $70.00. Battery back up system with low battery indicator. Power failure indicator. Snooze bar. Vibrator is round, black and small for placement under pillow.

    Combination portable bed vibrator (Mattress Magic) and clock-timer. It combines the Digital Clock-Timer ##2740 ($70 separately) and a portable mattress vibrator (##2554 $82 separately). Deluxe clock features two position alarm switch which will flash standard lamp in one position and vibrator and strobe in other position. Weighs only six pounds. Easy to read LED display and battery backup system. Power failure indicator and snooze bar. One year warranty.

    Combination strobe light and digital clock with large LED display. Clock features a two-position alarm switch which will flash a standard lamp when alarm has been activated.   6. DB-50 PERSONAL LISTENING SYSTEM

    The DB-50 is a stereo FM listening system that provides up to 50 dB gain. It can be used for wide area listening situations (lectures and group meetings, dancing/sound enchancement) as well as in the home (conversation and television). It provides volume adjustments and separate left and right high frequency emphasis in stereo sound. COMPONENTS: The system consists of a stereo transmitter, receiver with two styles of headsets, microphone, AC adapters, and cables for direct connection to the television, VCR, stereo, etc. RANGE OF TRANSMISSION: Approximately 150 feet.

    The Deluxe Alarm Clock is a digital alarm clock designed to be used with a lamp or vibrator by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The clock has an easy-to-read display and features a large snooze button and auxiliary jacks for plugging in a lamp or vibrator to be triggered when the alarm goes off. The user can choose to have the lamp or vibrator stay on or turn on and off when the alarm is triggered. This clock is available with or without a bed vibrator. POWER: Uses standard household current with battery backup. Standard features include power failure and low battery indicators.

  8. DELUXE IN-LINE TELEPHONE AMPLIFIER (MODEL 2584)

    Handset amplifier. Replaces any modular type handset on any rotary or push button phone and may be used with new electronic telephones. Includes plug-in power supply. All connections are made with standard modular plugs.

  11. DIXON TV/RADIO SUPER POWER (MODEL 2302)

    Hi-powered version of Catalog ##2301. Incorporates a powerful push-pull amplifier which operates independently of TV or radio volume. Kit comes with control unit, earphone receiver with fitting tip and cord, isolation transformer, batteries and instructions. If unit is to be used on color TV set, they require the impedance value in order to supply the correct value isolation transformer. This info may be obtained from a TV Repair or Service Company. Size: 5 3/4 by 3 3/8 by 1 5/8". Uses 2 penlite batteries. For amplification for both ears, purchase Hal-Hen Junior Stethoscope ##795.

  12. ECONOMY IN LINE AMPLIFIER (MODEL 2600)

    Electronic stethoscope with specially developed high fidelity microphone that filters out external sounds. Provides wide range of frequencies, 250 to 1,500 hz. Overall amplitude, over 40 decibels. Microphone, ceramic type. Receiver, impedance 400 ohms. POWER: 9 volt battery. Power consumption .08 to 3.5 MA.

  17. FONEALERT (MODEL 2295)

    Fonealert is a remote telephone signaling device that emits a loud piercing sound over 20 feet away when the telephone rings. Sound is audible throughout entire house or apartment. In many instances phone signal can be heard by the hard of hearing without hearing aid. No electrical connection is made, extension cord connects to side of phone with suction attachment. Uses standard 9 volt battery. Fonealert also operates from electric doorbell, attaches to either buzzer or bell.

  18. HANDSET AMPLIFIER (MODELS 2533A, 2533B, 2534A, 2534B, 2541, & 2542)

    Handset amplifier for telephone. Provides gain of up to approximately 30 Db. No batteries or outside power source required. Replaces any modular type handset, no wiring involved. Performs with rotary or push button telephone. FCC approved. Compatible with inductive pick-up/ telecoil on hearing aids. Catalog 2533 is recommended for households in which all are hard of hearing; when phone is replaced on base after using, the volume remains set by volume wheel for next call. Catalog 2534 is recommended for households in which all members are not hard of hearing; when phone is replaced on base after using, the volume automatically returns to normal level for next call. Use Catalog 2541 ( volume control) or 2542 (touch bar) for older style phones with the cords wired directly into the handset and base (non-modular type phones). Handsets have attached cord and four connecting spade clips to attach inside base of phone. The metal piece on the back of the telephone must be removed and different colored wires matched up.

  19. HIGH FREQUENCY DOOR SIGNAL (MODEL 2646)

    High frequency door signaler can supplement or replace existing doorbell. Easily installed. Operates on 5 to 20 volts AC or DC. High frequency tone between 2900 Hz and 3500 Hz with output up to 92 db at three feet.

  20. HIGH INTENSITY DOORBELL (MODEL 2419)

    Low voltage replacement doorbell of high intensity for home or apartment to alert hard of hearing. Bell measures four inches with a much higher intensity than standard, rated at 88 db at distance of three feet. Easily mounted and installed in place of existing bell or chimes.   21. JUNIOR TESTING STETHOSCOPE (MODEL 795)

    Can be used with Dixon TV/Radio Hearing Aid so can hear television amplification in both ears. This model expands by tension. Has fitting attachment to fit all type earmolds/or hearing aids.

  25. TELEPHONE COMFORT EAR PADS (MODEL 2420)

    The Telephone Comfort Ear Pads, model 2420, are handset ear pads designed to be attached to the receiver section of the telephone to cushion the telephone receiver and shut out room noise. These foam pads may be used with or without a hearing aid, and come in boxes of two dozen.

  27. TV & RADIO INDUCTOR KIT (MODEL 2515)

    For listening to TV or radio without interference from room noise or people speaking. To be used with ear level hearing aid which is equipped with Telecoil Switch (T-switch). The inductor plate rests on ear next to the hearing aid. Kit consists of inductor plate with an ear hook, connecting cable, one end which plugs into the inductor plate and the other end into the TV or radio and storage case. Once the cable is connected a signal is transferred from the t.v. or radio to the inductor plate and the volume can be regulated by the hearing aid volume control. Hearing aid must be in the T position. May also be used with a body aid by placing the inductor plate on a table and placing hearing aid on top of same. TV or radio must be equipped with socket to accomodate cable plug. Most are now equipped with this feature.

  28. VIBRATING ALARM TIMER KIT (MODEL 878)

    Vibrating alarm timer awakens sleeper by vibration which is transmitted throughout the entire bed. Kit consists of special electric timer, heavy duty vibrator, mounting board and brackets. POWER: 110V AC.
