1. ANTI-THRUST CUSHION (MODEL 6915)

   The Anti-Thrust Cushion, ##6915, is a wedge foam seat cushion designed to aid individuals who are prone toward slipping down into their seat. The cushion can be used in classroom chairs, wheelchairs, kitchen chairs, etc. Two snaps are attached to the rear of the cushion for fastening to the seating unit. The wedge is vinyl covered and washable. SIZES: Small ($90), Medium ($100), and Large ($110). DIMENSIONS: Available in 14, 16, or 18 inches square (respective to sizes); all sizes are 3.5 inches in front tapering to 1 inch in the back. COLOR: Tan.

2. ARM TROUGH (MODEL 6920)

   Arm Troughs, ##6920, are platform forearm attachments for walkers. The supports are made of foam bonded to a rigid insert. They attaches to walker handles and has an adjustment for the angle of grip. DIMENSIONS: 5 inches long (Small), and 7 inches long (Large). COLOR: Tan.

3. BOLSTERS (MODEL 6912)

   Bolsters, ##6912, are round body positioners for use in the bath tub or on a mat. The bolsters have a hollow PVC insert wrapped in soft Ensolite foam. These waterproof positioners have a vinyl surface. DIMENSIONS: 19 inches long, 6 inches in diameter. COLOR: Assorted.

4. C COLLAR ##6630 AND EXTENDED C COLLAR (MODEL 6635)

   The C Collar (model 6630, $35)is a neck support contoured for the lateral and posterior neck areas to help prevent neck hyperextension. The Extended C Collar (model 6635, $45) is the same as the C Collar with a clavical support added. Both collar can be used in conjunction with most seating units, and used during classroom activities and feeding. 5. CHEST SUPPORT (MODEL 6610)

   The Chest Support, ##6610, is a torso support and harness restraint designed for firm trunk support. The support is made of foam with an inner moldable core that can be formed to follow body contours. The yokes have straps for attachment to high back standard wheelchairs, travel chairs, and strollers. Placement holes are pre-cut in yokes for adjustments in size. The support has quick release buckles, a lap belt with pivotal mounts, and a polypropylene strap with nylon quick release buckle that goes around the seating unit. SIZES: Sizes are based on shoulder to hip measurement when seated. Infant for 6 to 8 inches ($122), Extra-Small for 8 to 10 inches ($132), Small for 10 to 14 inches ($142), Medium for 14 to 17 inches ($152), and Large for 17 to 20 inches ($162). 6. CHIN GUARD (MODEL 9823)

   The Chin Guard, ##9820, is a helmet accessory made of 1/2-inch shock absorbent, vinyl coated foam. The guard has small openings for ventilation and a chin strap with nylon buckles. This washable accessory attaches to all Danmar soft or hard shell helmets (see separate entries). SIZES: Small ($35) or Large ($37). COLOR: Tan, Royal Blue, or Pink.

7. COMBINATION HEAD FLOAT & MINI STABILIZER BAR (MODEL 8739)

   The Combination Head Float and Mini Stabilizer Bar, model 8739, is a float swim aid designed for use by individuals with cerebral palsy or other neurological disabilities. This product is a combination of the Head Float and the Stabilizer Bar (see separate entries). It is designed to assist those who may hyper-extend or tip backwards or sideways with keeping their faces out of the water. This enables users to stretch and turn their heads when interacting with others in the water without tipping or rolling. The float may be adjusted for individuals with shorter necks by beveling the neck. SIZES: Medium or large. DIMENSIONS: The Mini Stabilizer bar is 3 feet long. 8. COMBINATION HEAD FLOAT AND MINI STABILIZER BAR (MODEL 8735)

   The Combination head Float and Mini Stabilizer Bar, ##8735, is a float swimming aid designed to keep the face out of the water. The head float fits around the neck and under the back of the head. A 3-foot stabilizer bar is attached at the top of the head. Foam rings can be added, removed or arranged for more flotation on either side of the bar. SIZES: Medium or Large. COLOR: Yellow.

9. COMFORT MAT (MODEL 8730)

   The Comfort Mat, model 8730, is a therapy swim mat and float swim aids that can be used at the pool edge, for entry and exit from the water, and in the water. It can also be used as a soft floor covering in the shower. The mats are constructed of moisture proof, vinyl-coated foam. DIMENSIONS(LxWxT): 25 x 40 x 1 inches. 10. COMFY CUFFS (MODEL 6672)

    Comfy Cuffs, ##6672, are leg and arm straps made of foam, reinforced and covered with a durable vinyl finish. These positioning aids are adjustable to fit around armrests or footrests.     Contour Covers ##6676 and Harness Covers, ##6678, are padded covers for lap belts and shoulder straps. The covers are made of vinyl coated foam tubes that slide over belts and straps. 12. CUSH-IN PADS (MODEL 7637)

    Cush-in Pads, ##7637, are helmet accessories made of lightweight, medical grade foam pads that allow for more individualized sizing of helmets. The material absorbs perspiration and may therefore provide a cooler environment within the helmet. These oval shaped pads with adhesive backing are easily positioned, fully washable and dry quickly. Sold in sets of 4. SIZES: Small and Large.

13. DELTA SWIM SYSTEM (MODEL 8720)

    The Delta Swim System, model 8720, is a float swimming aid designed to aid in progressive swimming development and may be most appropriate for individuals who can maintain postural equilibrium with controlled arm movements. The Delta is also designed to help maintain a vertical position in the water to assist with walking, running, and aerobic exercises. By utilizing the water's resistance, rehabilitation therapy can be directed at a specific area or muscle grouping. This body float is constructed of durable, vinyl-coated soft flotation foam. Foam pieces strap around neck, chest and crotch to create harness. Foam parts can be added or deleted at any time to provide minimum to maximum lift for proper body positioning. 14. DELUXE HARD SHELL HELMET (MODEL 9825)

    The Deluxe Hard Shell Helmet, model 9825, is a protective helmet made of polyethylene with a vinyl coated 1/2-inch thick foam liner. The helmet has a hard visor with a decorative chrome strip on it. The woven chin strap has a soft plastic chin cup. SIZES: XXSmall, XSmall, Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge. WEIGHT: 18 ounces. COLOR: Black shell with black liner, or cream shell with tan liner.

15. DOLPHIN FLOAT SYSTEM (MODEL 8727)

    The Dolphin Float System, model 8727, is a float swimming aid designed to compensate for uneven weight distribution in swimmers with physical or neurological disabilities. This harness style foam device has two removable side pads to minimize lateral rotation. A removable front third pad provides additional lift. OPTIONS: Stabilizer Bar for increased stability; swim rings for added head and neck support; and the crotch strap to prevent the flotation harness from riding up while swimming. 16. ELONGATED TAB WITH BUCKLE ATTACHED (MODEL 7910)

    The Elongated Tab with Buckle Attached, ##7910, is a torso support accessory designed to replace the straps of the Danmar Chest Support (see separate entry). This flexible plastic strip helps to prevent the straps from getting caught in the spokes of wheelchair wheels. A buckle is attached to one end that snaps into the chest support and the other end is permanently mounted to the wheelchair base.

17. FOAM VISOR (MODEL 3468)

    The Foam Visor, ##3468, is an accessory for protective helmets. This padded visor attaches to the front of the helmet and extends out approximately 3 inches. The visor is made of closed cell foam with vinyl coatingand retains compression resistance.

18. FOREARM CRUTCH COVER (MODEL 6924)

    Forearm Crutch Covers, ##6924, is a foam cover for forearm crutch cuffs. These vinyl coated covers slip on over the cuffs. SIZES: Small, to fit child size cuffs, and Large, to fit adult size cuffs. DIMENSIONS: 1/4 inch thick. COLOR: Tan.

20. HALF MASK (MODEL 6650)

    The Half Mask, ##6650, is a headrest accessory designed to provide head support for forward thrusting individuals. The mask follows the contours of the forehead and cheeks to help hold the head comfortably within a headrest. A replaceable terrycloth pad lines the foam mask, and an aluminum inner core allows the headpiece to be formed to fit the face. For mounting purposes, one side of of the mask can be attached directly to headrest; the opposite side fastens with snap buckles. 21. HALF MASK OTTO BOCK MOUNT PLATE (MODEL 7914)

    The Half Mask Otto Bock Mount Plate, ##7914, is a headrest accessory designed to mount the Danmar Half Mask (see separate entry) onto the Otto Bock headrest. The mask mounts with adhesive foam backing for breakaway release in the event of emergency impacts.

22. HALF MASK REPLACEMENT LINER (MODEL 7904)

    The Half Mask Replacement Liner, ##7904, is a headrest accessory for the Danmar Half Mask (see separate entry). The liner consists of a stretch terry pad that attaches to the inner side of the mask with double sided tape. SIZES: Small and Large.

23. HALO HELMET (MODEL 9817)

    The Halo Helmet, model 9817, is a protective helmet designed for wear by individuals who have balance disabilities, head/skull injuries, or seizures who do not need full head coverage. A band of 5/8-inch foam surrounds the head at the forehead level. It extends down to the temporal area on each side of the head and to the occipital area at the back. The top has adjustable criss-cross straps to help stabilize the helmet on the head. An adjustable chin strap is included. SIZES: Large, medium, small, extra small, or extra extra small. DIMENSIONS: Large is for head 23 to 23.75 inches in circumference; medium is for head 21.5 to 22.25 inches in circumference; small is for head 20.75 to 21.5 inches in circumference; extra small is for head 19 to 19.75 inches in circumference; and extra extra small is for head 17.5 to 18.25 inches in circumference. 24. HARD SHELL EAR COVERING (MODEL 3459)

    Hard Shell Ear Covering, model 3459, is an accessory for Danmar protective helmets. The coverings are made of an inner layer of soft ventilated foam and an outer covering of tough polycarbonate plastic. The coverings attach to hard shell helmets and extend down over the ear area. They can be ordered with a new helmet or added to a previously purchased helmet.

25. HARD SHELL HELMET (MODEL 9821)

    The Hard Shell Helmet, model 9821, is a protective helmet made of polyethylene with a shock absorbent 1/2-inch vinyl coated foam liner. The woven chin strap has an adjustable buckle and snap fastener. Both the liner and shell are ventilated, and the shell is washable. SIZES: Extra-Extra Small, Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and Extra-Extra Large. COLOR: Tan liner with a cream shell; royal blue, or pink.

26. HARD SHELL HELMET WITH FACE BAR

    The Hard Shell Helmet with Face Bar is a protective helmet designed for use when direct, face forward impact is probable. The helmet is made of polyethylene and the face bar of clear, Lexan polycarbonate plastic. This washable helmet has a woven chin strap with adjustable buckle and snap fastener. OPTIONS: Chin Guard ($42.50). SIZES: Extra-Extra Small, Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large. 27. HARD SHELL HELMET WITH FACE GUARD (MODEL 9822)

    The Hard Shell Helmet with Face Guard is a protective helmet designed to provide all-over head coverage. The face guard is made of Lexan polycarbonate plastic and has an eye level opening for unobstructed vision, and a mouth opening. Both openings provide ventilation. The face guard has a foam liner for comfort, and the entire face guard will pivot onto the top of the helmet. The helmet and face guard are washable. 28. HATS (MODEL 5030)

    Danmar Hats, ##5030, are helmet accessories sized to fit over protective helmets. These helmet covers are fully washable and available in a variety of styles: Cab Driver Hat (brown corduroy with snap down front), Baseball Cap (blue with foam backed fabric to cling to the helmet shell), Reversible Rain Hat (water resistant poplin, reversing to multi-colored print), Fur Hat (100 percent acrylic), Sun Hat (white), and the Painters Cap (blue with foam backed fabric to cling to helmet shell). 29. HEAD FLOAT (MODEL 8725)

    The Head Float, model8725, is a float swimming aid designed to support the head of individuals with reflex domination. The cushioned support allows the head to rest without pressure on the spinal column, encouraging neutral positioning. This swimming aid is made of vinyl-coated flotation foam. SIZES: Small (for users weighing 20 to 40 pounds), medium (for users weighing 30 to 50 pounds), and large (for users weighing 50 to 175 pounds). 31. HENSINGER HEAD SUPPORT (MODEL 6810)

    The Hensinger Head Support, ##6810, is a wrap around collar designed to support the head by using base support areas at the occiput and jaw line. Manufacturer recommends this support be used in conjunction with chest support to help maintain mid-line head positioning. (Proper head positioning should result in improved breathing, swallowing, and simplified feeding; and may also be conducive to more social interaction and awareness during classroom activities.) The support fastens with a one-snap release buckle. A tether strap attaches to the collar. The covers are replaceable socks. MOUNTING: The support is mounted on a back plate (4 x 12 inches) with two attached straps that buckle around the back of the seating unit ($105 to $135). The supports are also available mounted on aluminum bar formed to fit feeder seats, or unmounted for cases where specialists want to incorporate the unit within their own individualized mounting systems ($80 to $110). 32. HENSINGER HEAD SUPPORT WITH HIGH BACK (MODEL 6809)

    The Hensinger Head Support with High Back, ##6809, is a head and neck support that consists of the Hensinger Head Support ##6810 (see separate entry) with a 1.5 to 2 inch higher back for additional occipital support. 33. HENSINGER QUICK RELEASE MOUNT PLATE (MODEL 7903)

    The Hensinger Quick Release Mount Plate, ##7903, is a headrest accessory for the Hensinger Head Supports (see separate entries). The plate has 2 straps that attach the unit to the back of a seating unit. The Hensinger Head Support attaches to the plate with velcro. The velcro release will allow the head to move forward with the body. For permanent mounting, 2 screws are used to insure that the front and back plate stay connected. DIMENSIONS: 12 x 4 inches. 34. HENSINGER STRAP (MODEL 7902)

    The Hensinger Strap, ##7902, is a replacement straps with either a snap buckle or an adjustable slide buckle designed for the Danmar Hensinger Head Supports (see separate entries). The straps are attached to the back plate. An optional velcro closure is available. SIZES: Based on Hensinger Head Support size.

35. HENSINGER WITH MOUNT BAR (MODEL 6815)

    The Hensiger with Mount Bar, ##6815, consists of the Hensinger Head Support ##6810 (see separate entry) mounted on an aluminum bar designed to be attached to TumbleForm feeder seats or Danmar Trunk Support (see separate entries). The device slides over the seat with back buckle fasteners. Channel brackets for securing the bar after the head support is positioned are included. 36. LAP STRAP COVER (MODEL 6674)

    The Lap Strap Cover, ##6674, is foam strap padding that wraps around seatbelt or lap belt webbing to prevent digging into sensitive skin or other pressure areas. This padding can also be used for backpacks, shoulder bags, etc. DIMENSIONS: 14 inches (Small) or 18 inches (Large). COLOR: Tan or black.

37. LATERAL HEAD SUPPORT WITH MOUNT BAR (MODEL 6814)

    The Lateral Head Support with Mount Bar, ##6814 is a headrest designed for use with feeder seats that can be positioned to support from the occipital area and higher. 38. LIMBER LADDER (MODEL 8670)

    The Limber Ladder, ##8670, is a shoulder ladder and arm exerciser for back and shoulder stretches. The ladder is made of polypropylene rope with high strength chlorine resistant, tubular plastic rungs. The ladder can be used for water workouts in the pool (the ladder will float if dropped), or for warm up exercise routines to increase flexibility. 39. LINER CUSHION (MODEL 6832)

    The Liner Cushion, ##6832, is a feeder seat cushion specifically designed to fit the Tumbleform feeder seats to add comfort and help with sizing problems, enabling seating professionals to fit children to seats when they are in between sizes. These liners have also been used with bathing chairs and other applications. This waterproof cushion is ventilated with small holes. 41. MODULAR CHEST SUPPORT (MODEL 6620)

    The Modular Chest Support, ##6620, is an adjustable torso support that allows individualization to fit different body variations. The support has removable yokes that are interchangeable between sizes, an inner core that allows the support to be shaped to fit, and an outer foam covering. Straps can be mounted to the back of a chair and have quick release buckle fasteners. The lap belt has a pivotal mount so the pull at the hips comes at the desired angle.     The Newborn Cap, model 9836, is a protective helmet for infants. The cap is made of ventilated foam that can be trimmed in front or back. The non-fabricoated foam edge revealed from cutting is still waterproof and can be cleaned.     The Non-Stomp-Down-Able Heel Loops, ##6917, are flexible polyethylene strap designed to provide an alternative to webbed heel straps on wheelchair footrests. An ankle strap is included for maintaining foot placement, as well as attachment screws. SIZES: Universally sized; one size fits all.

46. PORTABLE ABDUCTOR (MODEL 6925)

    The Portable Abductor, ##6925, is an abduction pommel for use out of a seating system that attaches to each leg with adjustable, nonremoveable straps.     The Privacy Apron, ##6858, is a toileting aid made of vinyl that extends up and around the waist with a buckle or velcro closure. 49. QUICK RELEASE BUCKLE CHIN STRAP (MODEL 3469)

    The Quick Release Buckle Chin Strap, ##3469, is an accessory for protective helmets to be used in place of a regular chin strap when frequent attempts to remove the helmet occur. To release the strap, both sides of the buckle need to be squeezed simultaneously. Two styles are available: an under the chin side opening or top of helmet opening.

50. REAR FOAM EXTENSION (MODEL 3464)

    The Rear Foam Extension, ##3464, is an accessory for Danmar protective helmets designed to provide additional head protection and ventilation. The extension attaches to the rear of the helmet, and is made of vinyl coated shock absorbing foam. DIMENSIONS: Purchaser specifies how far down the foam area should be extended.

55. RX RIDER (MODEL 5025)

    The Rx Rider, ##5025, is a bicycle seat designed to provide more support than traditional bicycle seats by rotating with the movement of the rider's legs and hips, eliminating friction and abrasion, and by removing the pressure from the crotch area and distributing the weight of the rider over a padded surface. The seat may also provide absorption of road bumps and jolts which normally place pressure or friction on the ischial tuberosities (inner crotch area). The seat consists of a foam filled suede pad on safety webbing suspended from two pivot points supported by a tubular steel frame which mounts onto the bicycle frame. The cover is water resistant.     The Seating Accessory System, ##6800, is designed to provide head and trunk support to feeder seats. A pre-formed aluminum bar incorporates an attached head positioner with the Danmar chest support. The chest support's lap belt goes through existing strap holes and the bar fits around the seat and is secured with channel brackets (included). 57. SECTIONAL RAFT (MODEL 8723)

    The Sectional Raft, model 8723, is a float swimming aid designed for use with individuals with cognitive, upper extremity or mobility disabilities. This unit has a sectional design that supports and cradles the body for people who are not going to swim actively or who are insecure in the water. The design allows water to flow in and around the body, enabling interaction with the surroundings and reducing the fear of falling off a raft that holds the individual on top of the water. The raft has a reversible head pad that enabling use with lateral supports for users with minimal neck and head control. Shoulder straps snap over the arms, allowing for arm propulsion while keeping the body from rolling. The bottom row of sections can be folded over for additional lower body movement. The pommels are constructed with a bottom channel so that the shoulder straps can be pulled through for attachment. The supports are made of vinyl coated foam with an outer reinforcement. 59. SIDE OPENING HEAD SUPPORT

    The Side Opening Head Support is designed for use by individuals who are unable to independently maintain proper head positioning. Available in three sizes, this support cradles the entire head and may be used mounted or unmounted to a seating system or wheelchair. Made of closed cell vinyl-coated foam, the support features reinforced front and back plates, a hinge on one side, and a quick release buckle on the other side for ease in use. 60. SIZE REDUCER (MODEL 6821)

    The Size Reducer, ##6821, is a foam insert designed to accommodate persons between sizes of the Hensinger Head Support (see separate entry). The insert fits into the inner circumference and has velcro straps which wrap around the head support. There are two models: Narrow and Wide. The narrow model can be used over or under the covers.     The Stabilizer Bar is a swimming and float swimming aid designed for use with lower, upper extremity, or mobility disabilities. This unit is designed to help maintain balance and equilibrium during water walking/gait exercises, to help with rest in the water when placed under the arms, or to help with kicking workouts. This device consists of a plastic bar with foam rings that can be attached at both ends in differing numbers according to the proficiency of the user. 66. SWEEP HEADREST (MODEL 6830)

    The Sweep Headrest, ##6830, is a wrap around headrest with an occipital convex foam cushion built in across the bottom of the center pad to cradle the head. The support has two small wings that form the sides, angled at 60 degrees off center back pad. The heavy duty back plate has pre-threaded 1/4-20 metal inserts for mounting and eight 1-inch bushings which can be used as spacers to adjust the distance of the headrest to the head.     Therapy Handles, ##6762, are foam grasping aids for hands. These holders have a 1-inch extension which the thumb can be positioned around. A utensil, pen, pencil, or other instrument can be placed into the extension itself or in the end of the holder, depending on the hand position. An adjustable snap buckle slides along the strap for an individualized fit. An additional vinyl strap that attaches to the therapy handle strap is also included.     The Trunk Support Bar, ##6625, and the Trunk Support System, ##6626, are torso support and pelvic stabilizers designed for use when an individual is seated in a wheelchair or custom seating system. TRUNK SUPPORT BAR ($96): The bar is made of an inner core of molded nylon with a vinyl coated foam cover. It has a 2-inch polyporpylene strap with a quick release buckle on one side and molded slots on the top and bottom of the core to enable straps to be atached if extra positioning is desired. A crotch strap can be added to the bottom slot, if desired. Two bars can be strapped together, one on top of the other, for fuller pelvic support. TRUNK SUPPORT SYSTEM ($127; $147 with padded crotch strap): This system is based on the Trunk Support Bar with shoulder straps added.
