  1. ABDUCTION POMMEL AND HARDWARE

    The Abduction Pommel and Hardware comes rectangularly shaped with a round nose in three standard sizes or wedge-shaped to custom specifications. T-nuts in the plywood base allow forward and backward adjustment on bracket. Covered with premium grade naugahyde, other foams are available upon request. The Hardware is available in two styles: pushbutton release to swing under seat for transfers, and slide style bracket. However they can be ordered in heavy duty steel or aluminum. Adjustable height hardware and wedge shaped pommels also available. DIMENSIONS: Pommel standard sizes 10 x 4.5 x 4 inches, 7.25 x 3 x 4 inches, 7 x 2 x 4 inches; 1/2 inch plywood, 1 inch foam.

  2. ARM REST PAD

    These standard Arm Rest Pads are accessory parts to the manufacturers' seating and positioning wheelchair system. They are padded and covered with custom naugahyde colors to match the seating system.

  3. ARM TROUGH

    This Arm Trough is a Kydex, heat formed trough with density foam padding covered with naugahyde, or sheepskin pad attached to trough with velcro or snaps. For adjustability and elevation the brackets mount to the armrest using regular armpad screws, or with slotted angle brackets mount, with knobs.

  4. BACKS AND HARDWARE

    The Backs and Hardware are customizied solid back made with solid core plywood and dual density foam, covered with vinyl upholstery. Custom modifications include special foam, curved solid back, I-style back, adjustable lumbar support, through-back grommets for shoulder straps. Mounting hardware options include variety of hooks and adjustable to front or rear, stainless steel and black chrome. DIMENSIONS: 1/2 plywood and 1 inch foam. COLOR: 52 colors in stock.

  5. CHIN CONTROL MOUNT

    This Chin Control Mount system is used with an A-BEC wheelchair chin control. Hardware fits the over shoulder and is completely adjustable and attachs to a solid back insert of a wheelchair. It lifts to swings away for transfers.

  6. CRE FLIP DOWN HEADREST

    The CRE Flip Down Headrest was developed to provide ease in transferring. The headrest flips down and out of the way with just one hand but remains attached to wheelchair. Constructed with steel tube mounting, the headrest is a vinyl upholstered, padded flat pad. Comes with mounting hardware ($130), which is also available for purchase separately ($90).

  7. FOOT BOARD AND MOUNTING HARDWARE

    This Foot Board and Mounting Hardware is part of the customized wheelchair seating and positioning system. The one piece footboard attaches to a standard wheelchair footrest with hinged hook to allow swinging away for transfers. There are two types of foot boards available rubber covered plywood with aluminum trim, or padded. Additional options include flat or L-shaped heel stop, and separate footplates. Hardware is also available to mount directly to wheelchair frame, permanently fixed or lifting to pivot.

  8. H STRAP

    These vinyl H Straps are designed to give anterior trunk and shoulder support. The straps are available in three styles: (1) Adjustable straps with loops to allow seatbelt to go through chest panel and are adjustable over the back, (2) Quick release straps, snaps are placed on the chest panel for easy removal. (3) Adjustable quick release straps are similiar to the quick release but provide for additional adjustments above chest panel.

  9. HEADREST AND HARDWARE

    The variety of Headrests available include flat, radius, curved, Optional custom headrest pads to be attached to the solid back insert or to slingback chair with special bracket are also available. Headbands may also be attached. Type of Hardware headrest adjustments available are vertical height, forward/ back and ball and socket pivot. Also available with flipdown hardware (listed separately). COLORS: 38 colors available.

  10. INDIVIDUAL HARDWARE

    This set of Individual Hardware is part of the manufacturers' seating and positioning system for persons in a wheelchair. The set includes a full line of hardware for attaching seats, backs, trunk pads, and headrests. The hardware comes in stainless steel or aluminum.

  11. KNEE BUTTONS

    These Knee Buttons are designed to protect knees or provide adduction support. The buttons are small round padded discs with T-nuts in the center to fasten to elevating leg rest pivot bolt.

  12. LEG PANEL

    The Leg Panel is available in two standard styles foam covered with naugahyde attached to the front rigging with velcro straps; or solid AC plywood board with dual density foam, covered with naugahyde and attaches to the front rigging with hooks, hinged on one side for removal or transfers. The unit may be ordered with custom foams. COLORS: 38 colors available.

  13. LEG TROUGH

    The Leg Trough is a Kydex heat formed trough. Features include density foam padding with a naugahyde cover, and a metal plate to attach to standard legrest swivel. Custom size specificatioins may be ordered. DIMENSIONS: Standard size 6 x 9 x 2 inches. COLORS: 38 colors available.

  14. PROTRACTION PADS

    Protraction Pads is triangular to fit behind shoulder for support. The unit has a plywood base and foam that with custom made according to height, width, depth, and angle, and is with naugahyde. The pad may be attached to a solid back insert of a wheelchair with permanent trunk support brackets.

  15. QUAD TEE HANDLE & SHORT AND LONG JOYSTICK EXTENSIONS

    The Quad Tee Handle, Short and Long Joystick extensions adaptations are used for power wheelchair.

  16. SEAT BELTS

    These Seat Belts designed for wheelchair security, come in plain nylon or matching naugahyde. Individuals may order by specific dimensions. Available closures include velcro, D-ring and velcro, or Fastex buckles. Nylon webbing, velcro, and buckles can be ordered separately. DIMENSIONS: Fastex buckles 1, 1.5 or 2 inch widths.

  17. SEATS AND HARDWARE

    The Seat and Hardware are custom size solid seat made with solid core plywood and dual density foam, covered with vinyl upholstery. Custom modifications include special foam, no foam, anti-thrust seat, waterfall front, or leg length discrepancy. Mounting hardware options include a variety of hooks, fixed angle, or elevating adjustable, in stainless steel and black chrome. DIMENSIONS: 1/2 inch plywood and 1.5 inch foam. COLORS: 52 colors available

  18. SHOE HOLDERS

    The Shoe Holders features molded kydex or aluminum shoe-shaped plates with a high edge, rubber solid pad, and Velcro toe and ankle straps. The rear edge around heel may be custom ordered and attached to individual footplates or one piece footboard with bolts. Raised and padded edges all the way are also available. DIMENSIONS: Three sizes: (L) 10 l x 3.5 w the at heel x 4.75 w inches at the toe, (M) 7.5 l x 3 w at the heel x 4 w at the toe, (S) 6 l x 2.5 w inches at the heel x 3.5 wide at the toe.

  19. SIDE CUSHIONS

    The Side Cushions are part of a custom seating and positioning system for individuals who use wheelchairs. The cushions are available in two styles, loose or attached to solid back insert. The cushions may be ordered to custom size specification, straight or tapered with or without hard backing. The cushions also come with a pair of straps to attach under wheelchair armrest pad, or can be ordered with ABS (adductor brackets) plastic clips to hook over armrest skirt guard. Side cushions attach to solid back insert with permanent trunk pad brackets. The side customs are made of plywood and dual density foam. Other types of foam are available upon request. T-nuts are set in plywood for hardware attachments. DIMENSIONS: 1/2 inch plywood, 1 inch foam. COLOR: 38 colors available.

  20. SIP AND PUFF TUBE & MOUNTING BLOCK

    This Sip and Puff Tube and Mounting Block is an adjustable plastic tube to be used with pneumatic control system in powered wheelchair.

  21. TRAY

    A standard Tray used to accommodate individuals in a wheelchair. The tray is available in clear and white acrylic, lexan, a polycarbonate; wood with a vinyl covering, padded on the top and bottom and in shaded tints upon request. The tray is available in two different sizes. Various types of rims are also available. Equipped with channels to slide over the armrest and pads are used to secure the tray to the wheelchair, as well as Velcro straps. DIMENSIONS: 24 x 24 inches for 14 inch wide or larger wheelchair, 20 x 20 inches for smaller wheelchairs, 1/4 and 3/8 inch thick acrylic or lexan and 1/4 inch white acrylic.

  22. TRUNK PAD SYSTEMS AND BRACKETS

    The Trunk Pad System and Brackets assist with designing custom seating and positioning for individuals in a wheelchair. The pads are kidney shaped and come three basic sizes large, medium and small. Additionally, special shapes or forms and semi-curved pads are available upon request. The pads are made from plywood and dual density foam, covered with naughyde. Brackets included for mounting to the underside of arm tube or back upright, or solid back insert. The brackets can be ordered fixed or removeable, with adjustment for height and width. DIMENSIONS: Pads: (L) 6.5 x 5 7/8, (M) 6.25 x 4.75, (S) 5.5 x 4 inches; 1/2 inch plywood, 1 inch foam. COLOR: 38 available.
