1. ADJUSTABLE OA DEFIANCE

   The Adjustable OA Defiance is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals with mild to moderate osteoarthritis affecting the lower extremity. This brace is custom-made utilizing the DonJoy CCMI measurement system or cast mold. A base-level corrective load of one to seven degrees is built into the frame. A user-controlled telescoping condyle allows the user to “fine tune” the load to accommodate demands during activity. The lightweight, low profile, four-walled carbon composite frame is molded to accommodate unique varus or valgus angulations. The orthosis includes a four-points of leverage system with an adjustable anterior thigh cuff, posterior calf cuff, posterior thigh strap, and anterior tibial strap. Other features include a floam condyle pad, patient adjustment key, 40 color/pattern/graduation options, and a carry-all brace bag. SIZES: Available in standard or short lengths.

2. ANKLE SUPPORT (MODEL 003)

   Ankle support. 1/8 inch gas blown Neoprene rubber laminated with nylon. Support helps eliminate stiffness associated with ankle injuries. Provides compression, retains heat. Small to extra large.

3. BACK SUPPORT (MODEL 005)

   Back support. Elastic support of 1/8 inch glass blown Neoprene. Laminated with nylon on inside and outside. Blind stitching on exterior with laminated stitches at each end to prevent unraveling. Provides lumbosacral and abdominal support for arthritis, bursitis, and tendinitis. Elastic fabric retains heat. Small to extra large sizes.

4. BOOMERANG WRIST WRAP (MODEL 014)

   Wrist support. Boomerang shaped support with thumb cutout wraps around wrist and secures with Velcro. 1/8 inch gas blown Neoprene rubber laminated with nylon. One size fits all. Left or right. Provides compression and retains heat.

5. CMF OL1000 BONE GROWTH STIMULATOR

   The CMF OL1000 Bone Growth Stimulator is an electromagnetic stimulator designed for use in the treatment of non-healing (nonunion) fractures. This lightweight device comes in five sizes to accommodate a large variety of fracture sites. Treatment is initiated with the press of a button, and the unit counts down from 30 minutes and indicates when treatment is finished with an audible tone. The device can be used for the noninvasive treatment of an established nonunion acquired secondary to trauma, excluding vertebrae and all flat bones. A nonunion is considered to be established when the fracture site shows no visibly progressive signs of healing. The device can be used with internal or external fixation or over a cast. 6. CMF SPINALOGIC

   CMF SpinaLogic is an electromagnetic stimulator designed for use by individuals who have undergone lumbar spinal fusion. This portable bone growth stimulator can be used as an adjunct electromagnetic treatment for primary lumbar spinal fusion surgery for one or two levels. The device can be worn in a seated, lying, or standing position. Treatment is initiated with the press of a button, and the unit counts down from 30 minutes and indicates when treatment is finished with an audible tone. POWER: Uses rechargeable batteries. 7. CUSTOM MONTANA OA BRACE

   The Custom Montana OA Brace is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals with arthritis affecting the lower extremity. The orthosis has a multi-vector hinge that provides a natural slide and glide movement, similar to the natural knee joint. A diagonal loading strap allows the user to adjust the load to accommodate daily needs. The orthosis is custom built with varus or valgus correction built in. It is made from moldable semi-rigid shells with adjustable loading, broad straps and cuffs, and an open cuff design. COLORS: Black or blue. SIZES: Custom thigh sizes from 12.5 to 30 5/8 inches and custom calf sizes from 10.25 to 20.75 inches.

8. DONJOY VISTA REHAB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

   The DonJoy Vista Rehab Management System is an exercise monitor and motion evaluation system designed for use by individuals engaged in an exercise program as part of orthopedic rehabilitation of the lower extremity. The system provides biofeedback for individuals undergoing rehabilitation during exercise while creating documentation for clinicians. The system has three components: an instrumented leg brace, a handheld patient device, and clinician software. The software enables the clinician to design standard or custom exercise protocols, using a list of 28 exercises, and transfer the protocols into the heldheld patient device. It also generates accurate progress and compliance reports. The handheld patient device guides the user through each exercise with continuous visual biofeedback, and records exercise data from the instrumented brace. The Instrumented Telescoping Post-op Brace measures range of motion (ROM) and load during exercise, while protecting ROM during critical phases of rehabilitation. It telescopes to fit the user without tools.

9. DURAKOLD CONSUMER WRAP

   The DuraKold Consumer Wrap is a cold pack and compression wrap designed for use by individuals with upper or lower extremity injury. The universal design provides extended cold therapy to various areas of the body to help reduce pain and swelling and speed rehabilitation. The wraps have contact closures to provide even adjustable compression. The wraps are reusable, and are available in two sizes. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 5 x 15 or 8 x 22 inches.

10. DURAKOLD NECK WRAP & DENTAL/TMJ WRAP

    The DuraKold Neck Wrap and Dental/TMJ Wrap are cold pack and compression wrap units designed for use by individuals with cervical or dental pain. These wraps provide extended cold therapy to the neck and jaw area to reduce pain and swelling. Each ergonomically designed wrap has an ice mat sewn in to keep the water pillows in place as the wrap is applied.

11. DURAKOLD SHOULDER WRAP

    The DuraKold Shoulder Wrap is a cold pack and compression wrap designed for use by individuals with acute, chronic, or post-surgical shoulder pain. The wrap provides extended cold therapy to the shoulder area to reduce pain and edema, and to speed recovery. The wrap is ergonomically designed to provide shoulder coverage. An ice mat is sewn into the wrap, keeping the water pillows in place. Wraps are reusable and come in a regular version and a version with a rotator cuff.

12. DURASOFT KNEE SLEEVE & KNEE WRAP

    The DuraSoft Knee Sleeve and Knee Wrap are cold pack units designed for use by individuals with acute, chronic, or post-surgical knee pain. The packs provide continuous cold therapy to the knee area to reduce pain or swelling and to facilitate rehabilitation. Removable ice inserts allow for continuous cryotherapy. The knee wrap has malleable packs and elastic straps to provide optimal compression. The knee sleeve has ice packs loaded into anterior pockets to facilitate the exchange of packs. The sleeve is available with two or four ice inserts; the wrap is available with one or two ice inserts.

13. DURASOFT SHOULDER WRAP & BACK WRAP

    The DuraSoft Shoulder Wrap and Back Wrap are cold packs designed for use by individuals with upper back or shoulder pain. The packs provide continuous cold therapy to the shoulder and back to reduce pain and swelling and speed rehabilitation. The packs provide two hours of cold per application. Removable inserts can be exchanged for continuous cryotherapy. The ice packs are malleable to provide comfortable icing over surgical sites and haven ultra-wick fabric with antimicrobial protection. The back and shoulder packs are each available with one or two ice inserts.

14. DURASOFT SURGICAL FOOT/ANKLE & UNIVERSAL WRAP

    The DuraSoft Surgical Foot/Ankle and Universal Wrap are cold pack and compression wrap units designed for use by individuals with ankle / foot injuries or injuries to other parts of the body. With frozen inserts, they provide continuous cold therapy that can penetrate surgical dressings to decrease pain, edema, and secondary hypoxic tissue injury. The nylon wraps and elastic straps provide a universal fit and effective compression. They are made with an ultra-wick fabric with antimicrobial protection, and can be used repeatedly for long term use for rehabilitation and/or chronic conditions. The Universal Wrap comes with one or two ice inserts; the Foot/Ankle Wrap comes with two or four ice inserts.

15. ELBOW SUPPORT (MODEL 001)

    Elbow support. 1/8 inch gas blown Neoprene rubber laminated with nylon. Provides support to muscle group around elbow. Retains heat and provides compression. Extra small to extra large.

16. ICEMAN

    Iceman is a cold therapy system designed for use by individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation. The device uses a semi-closed loop system to provide up to seven hours of continuous cold therapy to help reduce pain and swelling and facilitate rehabilitation. Features include a two-position locking top, a water-tight seal, hose stirrup, inlet temperature control monitoring, and compatibility with a variety of pads. OPTIONS: Bed hanger; battery pack; dual pad connector.

17. KNEE ORTHOTICS UNDERGARMENT

    Knee orthotics undergarment. To be worn under knee orthoses of metal, plastic or other materials where slipping and skin irritation becomes a problem. 1/16 inch gas blown Neoprene rubber material. 19. OA ADJUSTER

    The OA Adjuster is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals with moderate to severe osteoarthritis affecting the lower extremity. It can be used for ligament instabilities and post-operative rehabilitation. Features include 4-Points-of-Leverage System, Lock and off-load technology which shifts compressive knee joint forces from the degenerative area to the healthy compartment, Universal OA Key which enables patient-controlled load adjustment to meet daily needs, and floating hinges which allow a contoured fit with a double upright design. 20. OPAL

    Opal is a knee orthosis designed for use by individuals with mild to moderate uni-compartmental osteoarthritis affecting the knee. This brace has a low-profile, slip-on, sleeve-wrap style and is made of a neoprene alternative with a nylon core and a surface of breathable polyester Lycra fabric. Other features include single upright construction, a three-point loading system, custom adjustment for varus and valgus, and an air condyle pad for daily adjustment. The brace is washable. OPTIONS: Measurement device set, goniometer, bending tool, chamois condyle pad, air condyle pad, pneumatic pump-up condyle pad, hand pump, and pneumatic pad pump kit. 21. PATELLA STABILIZING UNIT (MODEL 012)

    Patella stabilizing unit for subluxation of the patella. 1/8 inch gas blown Neoprene rubber material laminated with nylon inside and out. Slips over knee. Patella cutout. 3 straps with Velcro closure (one crossing in opposite direction), wrap around back of knee and hook to Velcro in front. Supports patella. Small to extra large.

22. ROCKETSOC

    The RocketSoc is an ankle support designed for use in the treatment or prevention of ankle sprains. It is held in place with adjustable Velcro straps, and can be worn inside an athletic shoe. Peroneal forefoot and calcaneal heel lock straps provide support to control abnormal plantar flexion and inversion without restricting range of motion. The toes are left free. Available for the left or right foot, this ankle support is available in nylon lace-up, neoprene, or Drytex. The neoprene model, made of four-way stretch material, provides even compression for acute ankle injuries, with an optional inferior buttress to help control swelling. The Drytex model is constructed with a nylon core and polyester Lycra fabric that allows for airflow to keep ankles cool and dry. DIMENSIONS: Neoprene is 1/8 inch thick. 23. ULTRASLING

    The UltraSling is an arm sling designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. The sling allows the shoulder and arm to remain in a neutral position while providing immobilization for rotator cuff repairs, capsular shifts, Bankhart repairs, Glenohumeral dislocation/subluxation, and soft tissue strains/repairs. It is made of cool breathable fabric with a 10-degree abduction pillow, and opens in front to encourage elbow exercise. SIZES: Small (for elbow crease to wrist distances up to 12.5 inches), medium (for elbow crease to wrist distances from 12.5 to 15.5 inches), and large (for elbow crease to wrist distances from 15.5 inches and up).
