1. ACHIEVEMENT THERAPEUTIC ADAPTIVE CHAIR

(Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Achievement Therapeutic Adaptive Chair is a youth positioning chair designed for use with children with mobility and neurological disabilities. Designed to promote good feet-on-the-floor posture, this vinyl-upholstered chair features two extra wide, adjustable positioning straps and a high back for added support. It can be used for inclined or upright seating and vestibular exercises. DIMENSIONS (WxDxH): The seat is 24 x 24 x 35 inches. COLOR: The chair is dark blue.

2. BAG OF TOUCHIES

(Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Bag of Touchies is a tactile discrimination training activity designed for use by children with visual and neurological disabilities. The set consists of twenty textured shapes (ten different textures, two of each type) in a cloth drawstring bag. Some of the textures included are sandpaper, lamb's wool, cloth, corduroy, and velvet. Children are encouraged to use touch and sight to put the various textures in pairs.

3. CIRCLE BOARD

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Circle Board is an eye hand coordination activitiy designed for use by children with physical and neurological disabilities. It features a wooden base and five puzzle pieces with knobs in the shape of a circle. Each piece is a different size to encourage the development of size differentation. COLOR: The base is hardwood, and the circles are red, yellow, blue, and green.

4. FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Fruit and Vegetables is an educational toy and eye hand coordination activity designed for use by children with cognitive and upper extremity disabilities. This activity features two wooden toy knives with large handles and a wooden apple, pear, lemon, carrot, mushroom, and turnip. Each fruit or vegetable is sliced and fastened with Velcro. Children are encouraged to cut them into pieces and then put them back together again. COLOR: The knives are natural wood. The fruit and vegetables are bright red, green, yellow, and orange.

5. GIANT TOUCH BOARD

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Giant Touch Board is a sensory integration activity designed for use by individuals with neurological or visual disabilities. The set includes six textured square pieces that match the inlaid squares on the activity's wooden frame. DIMENSIONS (LxW): The board is 12 x 17 inches and the textured pieces are 4 inches square. COLOR: The frame is red.

6. KIDTRAC MOUSE (AP 8100 & AP 8101)

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Kidtrac Mouse are track balls designed for use by children and adults with fine motor disabilities. Both models have very large balls and extra large right and left mouse buttons. A drag lock feature also allows individuals to drag and drop items on the screen without holding buttons down. COMPATIBILITY: Model AP 8101 is designed for use with Macintosh computers. Model 8100 is designed for use with IBM and compatible computers with serial connection. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): The mouse measures 6.75 x 3.75 x 1.75 inches. The track ball measures 2.25 inches in diameter.

7. SHAPE SORTING BOARD

(Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Shape Sorting Board is an eye hand coordination activitiy designed for use by children with physical and neurological disabilities. It has a wooden base with pegs to accept 26 large discs in five different shapes and a variety of colors, encouraging shape, color, and size differentiation. The shapes include a circle, rectangle, triangle, square, and pentagon. COLOR. The base is natural wood, and the shapes are blue, yellow, orange, and green.

8. THERAPY SCOOTER (MODEL 31M)

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 3/2004) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Scooter board upholstered base, cutouts to allow child's forearms and knees to reach floor. Four casters allow easy maneuverability. Padded head and crotch posts maintain mid-line positioning and adjust to child' s length shoulder to crotch 13 to 17 1/2 inches. For child up to 52 inches long.

9. VIBRATING BUGS

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 04/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Vibrating Bugs are massagers designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. These bug-shaped massagers, Miss Bumble Bee, Dragon Fly, and Lady Bug, use their 42 legs to provide vibrating massage for the arms, neck, back and legs. Each one of them features a plastic body with large massaging nodules on the bottom. POWER: 2 double-A batteries (not included). DIMENSIONS: All of the massagers are 4.5 inches long. COLOR: Miss Bumble Bee has a yellow body with black stripes and a black base. Dragon Fly has an orange body with black stripes and a black base. Lady Bug has a red body with black stripes and a black base.

1. SPECIAL NEEDS 5 STROLLER

This stroller is similar to the Special Needs Strollers I, II, and 3 (see separate entries). The Special Needs 5 is a heavy-duty model for use while walking or running and in mud, snow and sand. FRAME: The telescoping frame is 37 x 21 x 9 inches when folded and features padded push handles. SEAT (HxWxD): 22 x 18 x 15 inches. The seat features a retractable, machine-washable sun canopy, wrist strap, and a 5-point safety harness. UPHOLSTERY: Padded royal blue upholstery. BRAKES: The stroller has a hand brake and a foot brake. WHEELS: 16-inch quick release wheels that "pop" in or out. FOOTRESTS: Footplate. CAPACITY: 150 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime frame warranty.

The stroller features a rugged folding frame with push handle and footrest and four large pneumatic tires. Model PC 4587 ($1,005.90) includes the stroller and the Large Feeder seat which accommodates children up to 60 inches tall and 13 inches wide at the hips; model 4587F ($733.95) includes the stroller only.
