1. CRUTCH-MATE GEL ARM PADS

   The Crutch-Mate Gel Arm Pads are crutch underarm cushions designed for use by individuals with walking or balance disabilities and others who use crutches. Intended to reduce a crutch's friction and help prevent chafing or skin breakdown, these arm pads are made of stretch fabric that surrounds 0.375 inches of glycerin gel thickness. The pads fit over the crutch core and attach with hook-and-loop closures. They can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap or disinfectant.

2. ELASTO-GEL ALL PURPOSE THERAPY WRAPS

   The Elasto-Gel All Purpose Therapy Wraps are hot or cold packs designed to provide thermal therapy to various body parts. The wraps are made of a tough flexible gel covered with a four-way stretch material to allow maximum conformity, heat transfer, and comfort. The packs are available in a number of different widths for use around the wrist, elbow, head, knee, or ankle. 3. ELASTO-GEL CAST & SPLINT PADS

   The Elasto-Gel Cast & Splint Pads are orthoses liners designed to be used under casts, splints, pressure suits and garments, masks and dressings; to stabilize braces, orthotic and prosthetic devices; as padding for the prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers; and to protect skin grafts. The pads are made from a formulated hydrogel which contains a natural skin moisturizer/conditioner. This hydrogel has properties which allow it to absorb excess perspiration from the skin and transmit it to the air, thereby "breathing" like the skin itself. The gel absorbs moisture under casts, splints and other devices without drying the skin. Since the gel is designed to eliminate maceration, moisturize the skin, and prevent friction, most problems associated with skin breakdown are avoided.    The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar, model CC102, is a therapy wrap for the neck and upper cervical area designed for hot, cold, and pressure treatments in physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine, home care, and other applications requiring thermal therapy. The wrap is made of a flexible gel covered with a four-way stretch material to allow maximum conformity, heat transfer, and comfort. A single product serves for both hot and cold treatments. The wrap remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit, and is heat stable for autoclaving at temperatures up to 250 degrees.    The Elasto-Gel Cervical Pillow provides support and hot or cold therapy to the neck and upper spine area. The pillow consists of contoured urethane foam for support, and is fitted with gel inserts that won't leak if punctured. For cold treatments, the pillow can be chilled in a freezer; for heat therapy, pillow can be warmed in a microwave oven. The pillow will retain temperature for 20 to 40 minutes. 6. ELASTO-GEL CRANIAL CAP

   The Elasto-Gel Cranial Cap, models CAP600 and CAP602, are hot or cold packs designed to provide non-chemical headache relief (no aspirin, etc), and treatment of migraine headaches, hypothermia, and hyperpyrexia or heat stroke. The cap fits the contour of the head to give heat transfer uniformly over the whole area. The gel base of the cap is covered with a four-way stretch Lycra nylon fabric to allow the cap to fit the shape of the head to be comfortable. The cap is designed to treat the neck area as well, since many headaches are associated with muscle tension and nerve pressure of this area. 8. ELASTO-GEL HAND EXERCISER (MODELS HE5001 & HE5005)

   The Elasto-Gel Hand Exerciser is designed to improve grip, strengthen finger and hand muscles, help rehabilitate injured hands, and provide hot or cold treatment of hands, fingers, and joints. The exerciser is made of Elasto-Gel, a tough, flexible gel, and encased in fabric cover. The cylindrical-shaped device is squeezed for benefits; repeated gripping of the exerciser is recommended for several times a day for periods of about 5 to 10 minutes. As muscles strengthen and more pressure is applied, more resistance is developed by the exerciser. For hot or cold therapy, the exerciser can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven, crock pot, or hydrocollator, or placed in the freezer. The support is a cylindrical pillow made of a molded gel structure with a 4-way stretch fabric cover that allows the pillow to conform to the neck and to maximize the heat transfer to or from the treatment area. 13. ELASTO-GEL OCCLUSIVE DRESSING

    Elasto-Gel Occlusive Wound Dressing is a wound care product designed to provide a combination of absorbance and adhesive properties to use in a variety of medical and therapy settings. The pads may be used as dressings; as padding or cushioning around tracheal tubes, under oxygen masks, and in the prevention of skin abrasion; or bolus as a near "tissue equivalent" that conforms to nearly any body contour to result in uniform radiation dosage (it is easily layered to give additional beam moderation). The Elasto-Gel Hydrogel does not liquefy into the wound, leaving it debris-free and reducing clean up; is highly absorbent to absorb secretions and reduce odor; and is compatible with a variety of medications.     The Elasto-Gel Seat Cushions are flotation gel wheelchair cushions designed to reduce pressure, maintain a cool temperature, and control moisture. The cushions are constructed with a layer of soft polymer gel covered with a breathable, four-way stretch fabric. The gel is layered with a 1-inch urethane foam pad and housed in a washable, removable cover. The cushions will not leak even if punctured. The cushions have a large heat capacity and therefore a nearly constant temperature is maintained. The cushion may be cooled in a refrigerator or freezer to provide an extra cool seat.     The Elasto-Gel Shoulder Therapy Wrap, model SW9001, is a hot and cold therapy system designed specifically for the shoulder area. It provides thermal therapy and pressure to all the shoulder muscles of the upper arm, the upper chest, and the upper back. The user can do arm movements or exercises while wearing the shoulder wrap due to it's flexibility and placement straps. The wrap may be heated to an autoclavable temperature of up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, or stored in temperatures as low as -20 degrees.     The Elasto-Gel Therapeutic Wrist Wrap is a hot or cold therapy wrist splint designed for treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains, strains, post operative surgery, arthritis, and other conditions. Two models are available: WR-200 for hot or cold therapy, and WR-205 for cold treatment only.     The Flexo Foot Cushions are heel protectors consisting of a Protector Boot (CB-2001) and a Convoluted Foam Liner (PL-1001). The cushion is designed for the prevention and treatment of foot pressure sores by reducing pressure, distributing weight, reducing humidity and temperature build-up, and reducing shearing and friction. The boot also helps prevent foot drop. The Protector Boot is made of closed-cell, light-weight foam sealed with a PVC coating. It has side cutouts for ventilation and is secured with Velcro straps. 23. STA-FIX TAPE

    Sta-Fix Tape is spun-laced polyester tape designed for bandaging dressings or as splint strapping. The tape is made of a non-woven polyester base with an open structure and coated with a an adhesive to produce a highly porous breathable tape. The hypo-allergenic adhesive firmly holds in place, but will not damage tissue upon removal. The tape will conform to complex contours and difficult areas to tape. The stretch reduces irritation and pain. This tape is also water-resistant. Sold in rolls; price listed is per roll.
