    The Neck-L-O Hot and Cold Pillow is a U-shaped pillow designed to provide cervical support and to administer hot/cold compression therapy to the neck and head.   4. PILLO-PERFECT

    The Pillo-Perfect is a zipped cover that slips onto a conventional pillow converting it into a cervical pillow for contoured head and back support. It can be used for either back-lying or side-lying. The pillowcase has a removable comfort roll for lumbar or cervical support. Available for regular, queen and king-sized pillows. Travel covers are available for $3.98 in navy, brown, and gray.
