1. ASSURA AC (ADHESIVE COUPLING) PEDIATRIC EASICLOSE POUCH (MODELS 14681, 14682, 14691, & 14692)

   The Assura AC (Adhesive Coupling) Pediatric EasiClose Pouch is an ostomy pouch designed for use by children with ostomies. This ostomy pouching system uses adhesives for opening and closing. To close, the user applies the pouch to the baseplate. The pouch fits stomas measuring 5/8 inch (models 14891 and 14691) or 1 inch (models 14682 and 14692). COLOR: Transparent (models 14681 and 14682) or opaque (models 14691 and 14692). The opaque models feature a teddy bear design.

2. ASSURA EASICLOSE ONE-PIECE DRAINABLE POUCH

   The Assura EasiClose One-Piece Drainable Pouch is a colostomy pouch designed for use by individuals who have had colostomies. The pouch uses skin-friendly adhesive for closure. The pouch is available with a choice of a wide or regular outlet. They come in pre-cut or cut-to-fit styles and convex, convex light, or non-convex shapes. Wide outlet pouches include a slim filter at the top of the pouch and Velcro to allow the lower part of the outlet to be folded backwards and fastened to the back of the outlet as an aid in cleaning. 3. ASSURA EXTRA-EXTENDED WEAR ONE-PIECE UROSTOMY POUCH (MODELS 12432, 12433, 12471, 12472, & 12474)

   The Assura Extra-Extended Wear One-Piece Urostomy Pouch is a urinary pouch designed for use by individuals with urostomies. This one-piece pouch has an absorbtive barrier with natural and synthetic polymer adhesives. During use, the adhesive barrier swells and conforms to the skin, ensuring security and leak resistance. Pouches are convex (models 12432 and 12433) or non-convex (models 12471, 12472, and 12474) and can be cut to fit stomas from 5/8 to 1 5/16 inches (model 12432), 5/8 to 1 11/16 inches (model 12433), or 3/8 to 2 1/8 inches (models 12471, 12472, and 12474). 5. ASSURA OSTOMY BELT (MODEL 0421)

   The Assura Ostomy Belt, model 0421, is an ostomy support belt designed for use by individuals with colostomies. This adjustable, elastic belt is made from 90 percent cotton and 10 percent rayon with flexible clasps of polyproplylene, and can be used with two-piece and one-piece systems.

   The Assura Pediatric One-Piece Pouch is a urinary pouch designed for use by children with ostomies. Available in a 5-ounce tube of cream ($10.25) or an 8-ounce bottle of lotion, Atrac-Tain is formulated with skin-nourishing Urea and lactic acid.

10. BAZA CLEANSE AND PROTECT PERINEAL CLOTH (MODEL 7726)

    Baza Cleanse & Protect Perineal Cloth, model 7726, is a skin care product designed for use by individuals with incontinence. These cloth wipes cleanse, moisturize, and protect the skin of individuals at risk for incontinence-related skin injury. They contain non-irritating surfactants, emollients, and humectants that are absorbed quickly into the skin without rinsing. Ingredients include dimethicone, glycerin, panthenol, and allantoin.

11. COLOPLAST IRRIGATION SET (MODELS 1500, 1500H, & 1501)

    The Coloplast Irrigation Set is a colostomy irrigation system designed for use by individuals who have had colostomies. Sets are available in economy, hospital, and deluxe versions. The economy set (model 1500) includes one water bag and one cone. The durable bag features an integrated thermometer, bold print, and a large opening, and can be used with one- or two-piece systems. The hospital set (model 1500H) is the same as the economy set with the addition of four disposable adhesive-backed irrigation sleeves and two closure clips. The deluxe set (model 1501) includes one water bag, one cone, one irrigation faceplate, one belt, two irrigation sleeves, and one travel bag.

    Coloplast Prep is a skin protection product designed for use by individuals with colostomies.     The Conveen Male External Catheter and Liner is an external catheter designed for use by males with spinal cord injury or urinary incontinence. This catheter features an anti-kink port to prevent backflow of urine and an elastic double-sided adhesive strip to secure the catheter in place without restricting blood flow. 20. CONVEEN NET PANTS

    Conveen Net Pants are pants liners designed for use by men with urinary incontinence. This garment provides added protection for those who wish to wear looser undergarments, such as boxer shorts, with the Conveen Drip Collector (see separate entry). It can also be used to hold OB/GYN pads, dressings, and incontinence pads in place.     Conveen Security+ Leg Bags are catheter drainage leg bags designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or urinary incontinence. These bags have flexible, pre-attached anti-kink tubing that can be cut to the desired length. An anti-reflux valve prevents backflow of urine. Other features include soft fabric backing and non-latex straps. The medium size has a center weld to distribute urine evenly.     Hex-On is a odor control product designed for use by individuals with colostomies. This non-aerosol spray controls airborne odors. One spray encapsulates and eliminates odors for hours in an average-size room. This spray is vailable in three fragrances: Lemon, Fresh Linen, or Touch of Spring and comes in 2-, 4-, or 8- ounce containers.

31. INTERMITTENT CATHETER

    Intermittent Catheters are internal catheters designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or urinary incontinence. These catheters are sterile and individually wrapped for single use. They feature a smooth, round tip; a frosted surface; double lateral eyelets for drainage; and color-coded funnels for size identification. These catheters are latex free and are available in straight, coude, olive tip coude, and female styles. DIMENSIONS: Female and long adolescent styles are 6 inches long. The long adult, coude, and olive tip coude styles are 14 inches long.

34. MOVEEN SYPHON BAG

    The Moveen Syphon Bag is a drainage bag designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury, severe physical disabilities, or urinary incontinence. The bag is worn on the upper thigh, and allows users with limited hand dexterity to empty their bag using the attached tube. The user pushes open the drain, lowers the drain tube below the level of the bag, and the bag empties via the siphon principle while remaining in place.

35. O.A.D. (MODELS 7680, 1527, & 1525)

    O.A.D is a deodorant designed for use by individuals with colostomies. Only a few drops of this liquid deodorant are required to eliminate odor from ostomy applicances. Its light scent provides odor control for up to eight hours. The deodorant may also be used to rinse reusable appliances, and is safe on skin and clothing. This product is available in containers of 2 fluid ounces (model 7680), 4 fluid ounces (model 1527), or 8 fluid ounces (model 1525).

36. PERI-WASH II

    Peri-Wash II is a no-rinse soap designed for use by individuals who are unable to bathe conventionally. The spray-on cleanser contains no dyes or perfumes, is medicated and aniseptic, moisturizes, and controls odor. SIZES: This product is available in 4-ounce ($2.56) or 8-ounce ($4.09) pump spray bottles.

37. POUCH CLAMP (MODEL 9500)

    The Pouch Clamp, model 9500, is an ostomy pouch clamp designed for use by individuals with ostomies. This hinged clamp for drainable ostomy pouches snaps shut and may be used by individuals with limited dexterity.

    Purilon Gel is a wound care product designed for use by individuals with pressure sores or diabetic foot ulcers. This sterile, high viscosity hydrogel helps to maintain a moist wound environment essential for autolytic debridement. It provides hydration to the wound while absorbing excess exudate, reducing the risk of maceration. 40. SPEEDICATH

Catheters are available in pediatric, female, male, and coude tip styles. The male or female catheters are also available in kits with accessories (one pair of non-latex exam gloves, one waterproof drape, and two lodine prep pads).     Strip Paste, model 2655, is a skin cement adhesive strip designed for use by individuals with colostomies. This flexible, moldable paste strip conforms to body countours, including deep skin folds and fistulas. A protective film keeps the paste strip protected until use. Strips come in single-strip packaging. WEIGHT: 2 ounces.

42. SURECATH STERILE INTERMITTENT CATHETER SET

    The SureCath Sterile Intermittent Catheter Set is an internal catheter designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or urinary incontinence. To reduce friction, the catheter is coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) which binds water at a molecular level when immersed. It also has a handle to aid in insertion, and comes sealed in a sterile collection bag together with a sealed vial containing saline solution, which is used to activate the hydrophilic coating. The collection bag is disposable and is available with a capacity of 700 milliliters (pediatric, female, or male) or 1200 milliliters (male only). The catheter set is also available with accessories (one pair of exam gloves, one CSR wrap, and two Povidone-lodine prep pads). DIMENSIONS: Pediatric and female catheters are 6 inches long.     Sween Baza Cleanse & Protect is a skin care product designed for use by individuals with incontinence. WheelMate lets users locate wheelchair-accessible toilets and parking spaces. As of 2013, the app lists more than 30,000 locations across 45 countries. Locations can be added and verified by users of the app to ensure the information stays up-to-date and useful.
