1. ADDVOX 7 WATT VOICE AMPLIFIER KIT

   The ADDvox 7 Watt Voice Amplifier Kit is a speech amplifier with microphone headset designed for use by individuals with speech disabilities. It is designed to elevate the vocal volume of people with temporary or permanent voice impairments and to assist those who rely on an electronic speech aid, voice prosthesis or use esophageal speech. This system comes with the FeatherLite Pro Headset Microphone that features ear hooks designed to hook over the top of both ears with a back band to connect them. The amplifier/speaker unit is worn on the belt. A lapel microphone, standard microphone headset and travel case are included. The system was originally designed for theater professionals.    The Sonnet Sound Amp Hearing Amplifier is a personal amplification system designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This lightweight pocket-size amplifier with headset magnifies voices, music, and other sounds from up to 60 feet away. Users can hear movies, concerts and lectures clearly from a distance using the directional microphone. 1. ADJUSTABLE BLANKET SUPPORT

   The Adjustable Blanket Support is a blanket support designed for use by individuals who cannot bear the weight of blankets on their feet or who have sensitive skin. The support is intended to provide relief from pain and irritation caused by diabetes, bunions or ingrown toenails, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, gout, injuries or surgery, and other foot conditions. Made of lightweight aluminum with a brass finish, this support blanket has a wide base that fits securely between the mattress and box spring. Held firmly in place by the weight of the mattress, the Adjustable Blanket Support holds the sheet, blanket and covers from 2 to 22.5-inches off the feet, depending on the thickness of the mattress.    The Dysphagia Cup is a cup with a large handle designed for use by individuals with upper extremity and swallowing disabilities. This lightweight cup features an extended handle that accommodates gripping with the entire hand or with the thumb only. The design of the cup promotes tucking the chin toward the chest which allows time for the normal swallowing mechanisms to work. The design also helps prevent liquids from escaping at the lips and directs liquids to the center of the mouth. Nose clearance enables the cup to be emptied without tilting the head back. 4. ERGOSOF PENAGAIN

   The ErgoSof PenAgain is an easy grasp pen designed for use by individuals with upper extremity or fine motor disabilities or arthritis. The wishbone shape supports the index finger while the pen is supported by the thumb, eliminating the need to grasp or squeeze the pen. The natural weight of the hand is sufficient to apply ink to the page. The pen has a soft rubber coating, a retractable cap, and a pocket clip.    Feeter Heaters are wool-lined booties that are designed to be worn by people with mobility disabilities and arthritis. These ankle-high booties are made of a soft fabric and lined with breathable wool to keep feet warm and dry. These booties are machine washable.     The SERVOX Digital is a laryngectomy speech amplifier for people who have had a laryngectomy, people who have lost their voices due to injury or illness, or people who have temporary speech loss after a tracheotomy or are attached to a respiration device. When placed against the user's throat, the device generates ultrasonic vibrations and transmits them over a membrane into the pharynx, mouth and nose area. A clear and intelligible voice emerges through the natural speech movements. The Inton's dual buttons allow more flexibility in pitch, volume and intonation. In addition to the basic manual settings, the SERVOX Digital has a serial interface for connection to a PC.
