1. 1.5-INCH SLIDE BRACKET & ABS SPACER PLATE

   The 1.5-inch Slide Bracket, model AB-1530, and the 1.5-inch ABS Spacer Plate, model AB-1815, are mounting hardware components designed for anchoring removable postural supports to solid seat and back panels. The Slide Bracket includes an F44-0476 Knob. The Spacer Plate is used to protect upholstery and ease insertion and removal of the bracket.

2. 3-INCH 90 DEGREE BRACKET & 6-INCH 90 DEGREE BRACKET

   The 3-inch 90-degree Bracket, model LB-3030, and the 6-inch 90-degree Bracket, model LB-6060, are stainless steel brackets designed for constructing one-piece seating systems, attaching seats and backs together, or mounting lateral hip guides. The brackets have slotted holes for assembly into T-nuts after upholstery.

3. BI-ANGULAR BACK BRACKET

   The Bi-Angular Back Brackets are stainless steel brackets designed for attaching two solid back sections at 160- (model BB-6060), 165- (model BB-6065), 170- (model BB-6070), or 175- (model BB-6075) degree angles.

4. BRONCO WALKER

   The Bronco Walker is a child walker designed for outdoor use. This walker features a wide, stable base with four widely-spaced smooth-running wheels with large outdoor tires. Each wheel has brakes and directional stabilizers for safety. Other features include a removable back support, padded lateral supports, a handrest bar, padded armrests and handles, padded lateral supports, and an attendant handle. The unit disassembles for transport and storage. SIZES: Size 0 for children ages 0 to 3, size 1 for children ages 3 to 6, and size 2 for children ages 6 to 9. 5. BUFFALO TILT TABLE

   The Buffalo Tilt Table is designed for therapeutic use with children and adults with mobility disabilities. This table can be used for prone or supine standing, as a tilt table for therapy, or for postural drainage. This unit features a steel frame with vinyl powdercoat finish, a solid wood body support covered in vinyl, trunk and head extensions, lateral supports, a back support, pommel, knee and heel supports, a tray, and a motorized assist, and casters for mobility. OPTIONS: Trunk cushions. SIZES: Size 1, size 2, and size 3. DIMENSIONS (WxL): Size 1 is 19 x 28 inches and 29 to 45 inches (including optional cushions) from the foot support to the top of the padding.    The Classroom/Transport Mobility Base is a wheeled base for the Snug Seat 1 seating system (see separate entry). This trolley-style base is designed to place the child at preschool table height of about 18 inches to aid in peer interaction, communication, and feeding activities. 7. CONTOURED HEADREST ASSEMBLY

   The Contoured Headrest Assembly is designed for individuals requiring medial/lateral, posterior and rotary support. The ABS plastic construction allows for customized molding with a heat gun. The mounting hardware (included) allows height and forward/backward adjustment with a slide bracket and knob. The headrestt is also available upholstered. 10. ELITE WHEELCHAIR

    The Swede Elite is a lightweight manual wheelchair designed for use by adults with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Rigid titanium; available in black, seagreen, plum, lilac, blue, or red. SEAT: Seat width available from 14 to 18 inches; seat height is adjustable; seat depth is adjustable from 14 to 16, or 16 to 18 inches. Seat angle ranges from 3 to 10 degrees. Backrest is foldable.     The Flamingo is a child's bath and toilet seat designed for use by children with severe physical disabilities or mobility disabilities. Available in three sizes and designed for children from two to thirteen years of age, the unit consists of a height-adjustable wheeled frame and a removable, multi-use padded seat covered in waterproof upholstery. When removed from the frame, the seat can be used as a toilet seat or bath seat, Removable lateral sections provide additional support if needed. The seat also offers an angle-adjustable footrest, a removable splash guard, and tilt and recline capability. The frame folds flat for transport and storage. 13. FOLDING SHOWER CHAIR

    The Folding Shower Chair is a folding shower seat designed for use by individuals with mobility or balance disabilities. This height-adjustable chair has an epoxy polyester lacquered steel frame and an injection-molded polypropene seat and back with an embosed anti-slip pattern. The seat can be inclined forward to assist people with limited joint mobility in the knees and hips and can be ordered with or without a recessed cutout for personal hygiene. Height adjustment is accomplished by means of telescoping legs. OPTIONS: Fabric backrest. DIMENSIONS (HxWxD): 29 to 37 x 17.5 x 23 inches.     The Gator Gait Trainer is a child's adjustable reverse walker designed for use by children 18 months to six years of age with lower extremity, balance, or walking disabilities or cerebral palsy. This walker provides built-in growth capability. The fully accessorized model comes complete with width- and height-adjustable handgrips, arm troughs, forearm supports, pelvic pad, anti-tip bars, sling seat, ankle prompts, swivel front casters, caster pin locks, and a rear frame bumper.     The Gator Reverse Walker is a child's or junior walker designed for children with walking and balance disabilities. This walker features a folding powder-coated steel adjustable growth frame. and adjustable handgrips and arm troughs. The adjustable grips and troughs enable the unit to provide individual arm orientation for exact handgrip width adjustment. This reverse walker is also equipped with front swivel casters, caster pin locks, padded grips, and a rear frame bumper. DIMENSIONS: The handle height adjusts from 13.5 to 26 inches. The maximum user height is 45 inches. COLOR: Fluorescent yellow or vibrant blue.

16. GIRAFFE STANDER

    The Giraffe Stander is a pediatric prone stander with casters designed for use with children with mobility disabilities. This stander is available as a prone stander only ($1225) or as a three-way system that permits prone, supine, and upright standing ($1525). The prone model includes contoured hip pads, a trunk pad and lateral supports, a chin/thorax pad, knee assembly, and standard footplates. The three-way system includes the same features as the prone stander plus shoulder retractors and a headrest. An X-shaped base with locking casters; 40 degrees of tilt; Lycra upholstery; and repositionable, adjustable components to accommodate growth and physical changes are standard on all models. The frame collapses and folds for storage and transport. Knee assemblies and center spars are interchangeable to accommodate growth. OPTIONS: Vinyl upholstery, acrylic trays, knee blocks, and others. 17. LATERAL THORACIC PAD ASSEMBLY (MODEL ASTP)

    The Lateral Thoracic Pad Assembly, model ASTP, is a lateral trunk support designed to provide support to the sides of the upper body area. Stainless steel slide brackets (included) are used for mounting the pads to a solid back panel. A knob on the bracket permits easy removal. The pads are cold rolled steel, bent to 5 inch radius, with captive fasteners. These can be ordered unpadded or with 1/4-inch closed-cell foam upholstered with neoprene rubber bonded to a nylon terry cloth slip cover. SIZES: Small, medium, and large. DIMENSIONS: The pads are 4 x 2.5 inches (small), 5.5 x 3 inches (medium), and 7 x 4 inches (large). COLOR: Covers available in black, red, and dark blue.

18. NECK/SHOULDER POSITIONING COLLAR ASSEMBLY

    The Neck/Shoulder Positioning Collar Assembly is a headrest designed to replace both occipital support and rigid shoulder positioners or other anterior thoracic supports for users with moderate to low "tone." The malleable aluminum collar provides posterior neck support and superior and anterior shoulder support. It is padded with closed cell foam and upholstered with nylon terry cloth backed with neoprene rubber. The mounting hardware (included) allows height and forward/back adjustment with a slide bracket and knob. OPTIONS: Retention straps to be attached to ends of shoulder extensions (model KC-1014) are available. 19. OCCIPITAL BAR ASSEMBLY

    The Occipital Bar Assembly is a headrest designed to provide posterior head support for individuals with good medial/lateral and rotary head control. The straight (model ASOB-ST) and contoured (models ASOB-LC and ASOB-SC) occipital bars are padded with neoprene rubber and upholstered with nylon terry cloth backed with neoprene rubber. The mounting hardware (included) allows height and forward/backward adjustment with slide bracket and knob. DIMENSIONS: The Straight bar is 6 inches long.     The Optima 2 is wall-mount safety frame designedd for use by individuals with mobility and balance disabilities. The unit is kept in position when folded by a spirng clamp with a clip function. The The wall attachment's support plate is extra wide to distribute the load on the wall. The wall attachment is made of epoxy polyester lacquered aluminum with 6 attachment holes. The supporting arm is an epoxy polyester lacquered steel tube, with an armrest cover of polypropene. OPTIONS: Supporting leg which is used for additional support if the wall does not have sufficient bearing; a toilet paper holder which attaches to the armrest; an attachement for a signal devices when a signal button is needed close to the toilet. 22. OPTIMA 5

    The Optima 5 is a wall-mount safety frame designed for use by individuals with mobility and balance disabilities. The unit consists of a toilet armrest with a sturdy, easy-to-grip armrest surface combined with a sturdy support hand rail. It can be raised using a catch that can be operated with one hand. This control is automatically locked in the raised position. The armrest plate and support hand rail are made of semi-hard plastic, which provides a good grip and reduces the risk of nickel allergy.     The Panda Futura is a seating system on a wheeled base designed for use by children from one to twelve years of age with mobility disabilities. This unit accommodates children with needs that change throughout a single day and is availavble with a choice of five mobility bases, including manual or power high-low frames that enable the child to interact from floor-level to the kitchen table. The contoured, padded, fabric-covered seat is available in a variety of sizes and the back of the seat adjusts in proportion to the to the seat bottom, so the pivotal point of recline remains anatomically correct. OPTIONS: Swing-away knee supports, side supports, abduction block, swing-away shoulder supports, height- and angle-adjustable armrests, tray, push handles, push brace, footboard, and more.

24. PANTHER

    The Panther is a child's tilt-in-space wheelchair designed for children with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Polyester-coated steel frame collapses for transport and storage. The frame is available in three sizes and in a choice of bright raspberry, deep blue, or silver. Rear anti-tippers are standard. Size 1 (WxHxL) is 59 x 87 to 111 x 84 centimeters; size 2 is 62 x 87 to 111 x 92; and size 3 is 67 x 87 to 111 x 100 centimeters. SEAT: Solid seat and back with tilt in space and a low shear reclining back are standard. Height-adjustable push handles are included. 26. RABBIT

    The Rabbit is a mobile standing aid designed for use by children ages 1 to 18 with mobility disabilities. Equipped with wheelchair-style wheels, this unit includes an adjustable support frame, adjustable body supports, and adjustable knee supports. A tool kit for making the adjustments also is included. Other standard features include a pommel, chest strap, foot holders, heel supports, and a play box to enable children to store and transport belongings. A moveable rear crossbar provides a choice of five fixed positions for tilt-in-space seating. FRAME (WxLxH): Folding tubular steel frame with a powder coat finish and a foam padded push handle. 30. SUBASIS BARS

    The Subasis Bars are pelvic stabilizers designed to control posterior pelvic tilt, increased hip extensor activity resulting in thrusting, and/or reducible pelvic obliquity. The aluminum bar is padded with neoprene rubber and upholstered with neoprene rubber backed nylon terry cloth. The bars are available without mounting hardware (model SR-1000) or with three different mounding systems: The Bolt-On Assembly (model ASSB) is designed to be mounted to the bottom of a plywood or plastic seat board or a Pin Dot aluminum "pan."
