1. ACTION LIFE GLOVE (MODEL AG01)

   The Action Life Glove is a gasping aid for hand designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or severe physical, neurological, or upper extremity disabilities. Available for the right or left hand, this glove is a double tunnel loop glove with two loops or straps. The smaller hook strap aids in grasping handles of pool cues, ping pong paddles, fishing rods, brushes, etc. The larger strap runs through a palmar loop and forms a closed fist for use with gym machines, free weights, etc. Wrist supports are included. SIZES: Extra-small (fits wrists 4 to 6 inches), small (fits wrists 6 to 7 inches), medium (fits wrists 7 to 8 inches), large (fits wrists 8 to 9 inches), and extra-large (fits wrists 9 to 10 inches).

2. ANGLER'S AID ROD HOLDER (MODELS RH101 & RH102)

   The Angler's Aid Rod Holder is a fishing rod holder designed to enable one-handed fishing for people with upper extremity disabilities or amputation. This rod holder is made of molded plastic, and padded with soft foam rubber. This holder rests against the user's abdomen, and is held in place by waist and shoulder straps made of strong webbing with an easy on/off buckle. The rod insert is designed for straight-handled rods only, and is constructed to keep from breaking off under stress. The unit accepts bait, spin, spin casting, and fly rods. The body frame is made of strong molded plastic. The underside is padded with a soft foam rubber padding for added comfort. The suspender-like harness is made of strong webbing with an easy on/off buckle. It is available with the buckle on the right or left side (model RH101), or with buckles on both sides for the rehab setting (model RH102).

3. EMBROIDERY HOOP

   The Embroidery Hoop is a clamp-on needlework hoop designed for people with upper extremity disabilities or use of only one hand. This hoop can be used for knitting, crocheting, darning, and embroidery and clips to tabletops up to one inch-thick. The device has an adjustable, flexible gooseneck and includes the holder, darning ring, and a hoop with a flexible shaft. DIMENSIONS: The gooseneck is 13.5 inches long and the hoop is 8 inches in diameter.

4. POOL CUE CUFF (MODEL 9462)

   The Pool Cue Cuff, model 9462, is a grasping aid for hand designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or upper extremity disabilities. This cuff is designed to hold a pool cue for those with limited hand function. A strap holds the hand around a pool cue. It is length-adjustable and is lined with Dycem to prevent slipping. The cuff is made of suede leather with D-ring Velcro closure.

5. TRAIL WHEELS

   Trail Wheels are rear wheelchair wheels that provide outdoor traction, and are suitable for people with limited mobility. They provide "Mountain bike" type tires and rims. Included are sealed precision bearings, radial spokes, aluminum rims, push pins, and knobby tires. The aluminum rims are available in 24 inches only. 6. WRIST OR ANKLE CUFF

   The Wrist or Ankle Cuff is an exercise cuff designed for use by individuals with quadriplegia who engage in weight training. These double overlay cuffs are lined with fake fur and enable the user to hook onto pulley weights and lat bars. It can be used on wrists and some ankles.    The Excelerator XLT Handcycle is a hand propelled cycle for adults with mobility disabilities. Capable of reaching speeds up to 20 miles per hour, this three-wheeled, hand-crank cycle features stable maneuverability for those who enjoy competitive cycling. With a Shimano 7-speed hub and reverse drum braking, this cycle can reach up to 24 different speeds. A fully adjustable chain tension idler lets the rider adjust the crank height without having to add or remove chain links. FRAME: Made of oval tube aluminum and chrome-moly steel with a powder-coat finish, the frame of this cycle is geometrically designed for maximum stiffness and improved cornering. The frame s available in a variety of colors. SEAT: Adjustable seat and back heights. 2. ABOVE-GROUND POOL LIFTS (MODELS AG48WP, AG48, AG60, & AG72)

   Aquatic Access Above-Ground Pool Lifts (Models AG48WP, AG48, AG60, and AG72) are water powered lifts designed to assist persons with disabilities to enter and exit pools constructed above ground. Suitable for pools up to 4-feet deep at the point the lift is installed, the Pool Lift allows a person to ride up 30 inches, turn over the wall of the pool, and ride down 30 inches into the water. The stainless steel cylinder mounts to a 4 by 4 foot treated post sunk 30 inches into the ground and cut to the top of the pool (owner provided). MODEL AG48WP: has a 48-inch cylinder and is designed for exterior use in the ground. MODEL AG48: also has a 48- inch cylinder, but was designed for installation on concrete. It has a 10 by 10 inch stainless steel plate welded to the bottom of the cylinder to lag bolt to the floor. MODEL AG60: has a 60-inch cylinder and a maximum vertical seat travel of 38 inches. It was designed for interior use in Grecian and other swim spas. It has a 6 by 6 inch stainless steel plate to lag bolt to the floor and also attaches to the top pool flange.    The ADALAP is a lap desk designed for use by individuals who use wheelchairs. The basic unit includes the base and pole with a top plate with a Velcro loop. Made from lightweight anodized aluminum alloy with stainless steel fasteners, the unit has a base that slides right under the wheelchair seat cushion.    The Adjustable Bowling Ball Pusher is a bowling ball pusher designed for use by individuals with mobility and upper extremity disabilities. The device may be used from a wheelchair or from a standing position and is used to push and guide the ball down the alley. This unit features a padded extension handle that lengthens for use and shortens for storage and transport.    The Adult Konfidence Jacket is a float swimming aid designed for use by individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities in aquatic therapy. This neoprene buoyancy vest features eight removable floats. The flexible buoyancy allows users to alter their position in the water based on their requirements. This jacket is made from wetsuit grade neoprene for comfort and durability and has a chlorine-resistant soft poly interior. An adjustable crotch strap allows for different torso sizes and stops the jacket from riding up on the wearer. SIZES: The jacket is available in small (34- to 38-inch chests), medium (38- to 42-inch chests), large (42- to 46-inch chests), and extra-large (46- to 50-inch chests). COLOR: Blue.

6. BEACH CRUZR & BEACH CRUZR 4 TWO

   The Beach Cruzr and the Beach Cruzr 4 Two are powered beach wheelchairs designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. The Beach Cruzr is an aluminum beach chair mounted on four wheels that can be used on sand. The Beach Cruzr 4 Two is also mounted on four wheels and can be used on sand, and in addition it features two seats. FRAME (LxWxH): Both chairs have a folding aluminum frame, stainless steel hardware, and an extended foot area to allow the user's legs to be stretched in front of him/her. 7. BEACH ECONO KIT

   The Beach Econo Kit is a kit for converting a wheelchair or stroller into an all-terrain wheelchair or stroller designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities, mobility disabilities, and spinal cord injury. The kit consists of four balloon wheels from Roleez Wheels, Inc. (see separate entry), two pre-drilled anodized axles, u-bolts, and wheel clips. To mount, the rear wheels are popped off, the axle tubes are slid across the frame and bolted on, and the balloon wheels are slid on to the axles and pinned. The front caster wheels ride above the terrain. The hardware is made from aircraft aluminum and stainless steel. DIMENSIONS: Wheels are either 30, 42, or 49 centimeters in radius.

8. BITE TRIGGER (MODEL BT 100)

   The Bite Trigger, model BT 100, is a trigger activator designed for use by people with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities or arthritis or spinal cord injury. Intended for use by individuals whose disabilities prevent them from pulling the trigger on a firearm, the unit has two components: a mechanical activator that mounts inside the trigger guard with mounting screws and the mouthpiece with a bite switch that attaches to the stock of the gun with a Velcro strap. The user bites down on the mouthpiece to pull the trigger. This device works on guns with a front or back trigger safety; rear safety is standard. OPTIONS: Extra mounting plates for use on more than one gun.

9. BOUNCE BACK

   The Bounce Back is an exercise machine designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This device consists of a frame with a sling-style seat with a back support strap that provides motion and exercise similar to that of a mini trampoline. The user can change the muscle groups exercised by changing the position of his or her hands during the seated bouncing exercised. This device can provide cardio- vascular and strengthening exercise. CAPACITY: 250 pounds.

10. BOWLING BALL RAMP (MODEL 7910)

    The Bowling Ball Ramp, model 7910, is designed for use by wheelchair users to direct bowling balls down the bowling alley. It is made of durable chrome plated steel. Rubber tips at support end and scuff guards at the opposite end to protect floor are included. The unit disassembles into three sections for transport and storage. DIMENSIONS: 26 x 62 x 25 inches.

11. CHILD'S KONFIDENCE JACKET

    The Child's Konfidence Jacket is a float swimming aid designed for use by children with physical or cognitive disabilities in aquatic therapy or while learning to swim.     Clever Cubs are wheelchair golf clubs sized for use by individuals who use wheelchairs. All clubs feature True-Temper shafts, high-quality heads, and Sure-Tac jumbo grips. Model CCS1 is a "shorty" set for an individual user designed to be used over the side of a wheelchair. This set includes a short-shaft metalwood, three different irons, a pitching wedge, and a putter. Also included are 12 golf balls. Model CCTR1 is a therapy and rehab package and includes two ambidextrous shorty putters, two right hand shorty putters, one dozen golf balls, a regulation-sized putting cup, and a putting green with automatic ball return. 13. COLORADO SPORT CYCLE

    The Colorado Sport Cycle is a bicycle arm or leg exerciser designed for use by individuals with upper and/or lower extremity disabilities. This adjustable, stationary exercise cycle is placed on a table and used with hand grips for upper extremity exercise. The unit can also be placed on the floor and used with the optional foot pedals for lower extremity exercise. The unit provides a choice of forward or bi-directional resistance.     The Comfort Mat, model 8730, is a therapy swim mat and float swim aids that can be used at the pool edge, for entry and exit from the water, and in the water. 19. ELEC-TRA-MATE SPINNING REEL DRIVE (MODEL 450PTH)

    The Elec-Tra-Mate, model 450PTH, is an electric fishing reel drive designed for use with upper extremity disabilities. Designed for use with the Penn 4500 SS and 5500 SS Spifisher Spinning Reels, the unit attaches to the side of the reel and comes standard with a remote waterproof switch that mounts to the foregrip of the rod for one handed use. This model can also be ordered with a switch cord only for use with ability switches (not included). POWER: 12-volt power is required. A six-foot coiled cord and plug for use with the optional 12-volt direct current battery pack is available, as is a ten-foot cord with alligator clips for battery connection (battery not included).

22. FAWSSIT FOLDAWAY WHEELCHAIR SHOWER (MODELS S2000, SS4040, R3000, T4000, & B5000)

    The FAWSsit Foldaway Wheelchair Shower is a portable shower designed for use by individuals who use wheelchairs. This self-contained portable shower stall can be used anywhere there is access to warm water, a drain and an electric outlet. The unit comes completely assembled and no tools are required for set up. The unit has a nylon mesh embedded double-layer vinyl drain pan. The custom design allows for maximum water removal and Velcro strips to hold sides in place. The front folds down for wheelchair roll in/out and a mesh filter pocket holds water collection hose in place. This shower is equipped with a shower head with flexible rubber faucet attachments. Two sizes are available and the use of shower head attachment is optional. An installed sink sprayer may be used if preferred. The moveable shower head support arm which can be attached where needed. The shower head can be used from the top of the frame or may be handheld. The unit is equipped with a custom-designed diaphragm wet/dry pump which removes water from the drain pan at three gallons per minute. Also included are a suction hose to remove water from the drain pan and a disposal hose to transfer waste water to a sink drain or disposal container. The pump has a waterproof on/off switch. The shower features a germicide-embedded plastic privacy shower curtain. The front curtain attached to the side, but may be attached to optional front support arm. 23. FINGER CONTROL HAND DEVICE (MODEL HD 200)

    The Finger Control Hand Device, model HD 200, is a trigger finger support designed for use by individuals with fine motor, neuromuscular, or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. Available for the right or left hand, this device is intended to straighten curled fingers and assist the user with pulling the trigger on a firearm or crossbow. The unit features a splint-like support that is placed under the index finger and attached with three Velcro straps. The support extends beyond the base of the finger and past the thumb and curves around the base of the hand. It also extends past the end of the finger, and it is this portion that is inserted in a trigger guard and pulls the trigger. This device also features an integrated wrist support.

24. FISHING POLE HOLDER FOR WHEELCHAIRS

    The Fishing Pole Holder is a fishing rod holder designed for use by individuals who have use of only one hand or who use wheelchairs. This clamp-on holder features a rigid PVC tube that secures the fishing rod handle while a slot in the handle supports the reel and keeps it from moving as the fish is reeled in. Attachment is accomplished with a clamp with a large screw and a large wing nut which enables the holder to be secured to any tubular wheelchair bar from 7/8 to 1 1/8 inches in diameter or to lawn chairs or beach chairs. DIMENSIONS: The tube is 1.6 inches in diameter and 6 inches long.

Intended to make hunting accessible to individuals with no use of the upper extremities, this device is based on a mounting plate placed under the wheelchair’s seat cushion before the user transfers into the chair. Once the user is seated in the wheelchair, a vertical receiver tube is attached in the middle of the front corner of the plate and the weapon support and the fully-adjustable powered trigger activator assembly are placed in the receiver tube. The support and activator can rotate and pitch to adjust the windage and elevation of the weapon. A joystick operated by the user’s chin controls windage and elevation with selectable speed. The trigger activator is controlled with a sip-and-puff switch. There is also a recoil compensation mechanism to help absorb the recoil of the weapon.     The Li'l Excelerator Handcycle is a hand propelled cycle for younger riders with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. The CB100 fits most compound bows and can be used with right- or left-handed bows. This unit requires the use of a Draw-Loc or similar product (not included).

40. LIMITED MOBILITY GUN MOUNT (MODEL LM 100)

    The Limited Mobility Gun Mount, model LM100, is a rifle, pistol, and crossbow support designed for use by people with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury with limited hand and arm movement and strength. Intended for individuals who use wheelchairs, this mount is based on a mounting plate placed under the wheelchair’s seat cushion before the user transfers into the chair. Once the user is seated in the wheelchair, a vertical receiver tube is attached in the middle of the front portion of the plate and the weapon support assembly is placed in the receiver tube. The unique design of the equipment makes the weapon seem almost weightless to the person using it and facilitates a full range of motion - up, down, and side to side. The unit does not include a trigger activator, but it is designed to work with the Power Trigger Activator, model TM100 (see separate entry).

41. LIMITED MOBILITY PISTOL MOUNT (MODEL LMPM)

    The Limited Mobility Pistol Mount, model LMPM, is a pistol support designed for use by people with mobility or lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who have limited hand or arm movement and strength and who use a wheelchair. The game starts on the first made goal and players have 30 seconds to score as many baskets as possible; three-point play occurs in the final 15 seconds. Music plays when the game is in progress, and there is a 10-second countdown at the end. This unit can be used for individual, team, or tournament and league play. 51. PRIVACY COVER

    The Privacy Cover is a catheter collection bag cover designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or severe physical disabilities. Made of durable, weather-resistant packcloth, the cover attaches to a wheelchair or bedrail and the urinary drainage bag hangs inside the cover on a polycarbonate support bar.
