  1. ARROW WALKER ADVANTAGE

The Arrow Walker Advantage is a child's walker designed for use by children and smaller adults with cerebral palsy or other neuromuscular conditions. It can be used for taking first steps or to develop existing walking and standing abilities as part of a gait training program. The walker's low profile arrow shape allows easier access through doorways and around obstacles, and three directional locking casters allow the user to walk a planned course. The trunk support system includes a chest pad and two curved lateral thoracic pads that can adjust to accomodate different sizes of children or swing-away to enable easier transfer into and out of the walker. An adjustable leg abductor can be removed or adjusted to suit the user's gait. The walker can also function as a stander when used with the optional multi-adjustable foot rest and swing-away leg support. OPTIONS: Pelvic Pad (padded support which can be adjusted in height and depth to support the user in the optimum position); Multi-Adjustable Footrest (two idependently adjustable foot rests which can be adjusted in height, width, and angle to enable the user to stand supported in a prone or vertical position); Horizontal Grab Bar (enabling users wearing arm splints to fix onto the padded bar to help maintain upper trunk and head control); and Leg Supports (two independantly adjustable swingaway leg supports that provide standing support and prevent abduction adduction. These can only be used in conjunction with the foot rest). Since all sizes have interchangeable parts, dimensions can be altered to suit the needs of a child. SIZES: Tiny, Small, Medium, Large.
