    The Excelerator XLT Handcycle is a hand propelled cycle for adults with mobility disabilities. Capable of reaching speeds up to 20 miles per hour, this three-wheeled, hand-crank cycle features stable maneuverability for those who enjoy competitive cycling. With a Shimano 7-speed hub and reverse drum braking, this cycle can reach up to 24 different speeds. A fully adjustable chain tension idler lets the rider adjust the crank height without having to add or remove chain links.   16. ALUMINUM SHELLS

    Aluminum Shells are designed for mounting on cushions in seating systems. Sizes range from 12 to 18 inches in width, 10 to 22 inches in length. Each shell has pre-punched holes for attaching interfacing hardware and accessories. They will fit Contour-U, Sunmate, Jay, T-foam, Roho, or custom cushions. The shells will support body weight up to 250 pounds.

  17. ANGLED SWIVEL BAR (MODEL 9029)

    The Arrow Microcomputer Control (MCC) MK II is a motor and accessory control system designed for Invacare Arrow and Arrow XT series wheelchairs. The standard system includes a joystick with indoor/outdoor, high/low, on/off, and horn toggle switches; and battery level display, mode and level indicators. Other features include a standby mode; emergency stop switch input; and proportional head control compatibility. Adjustable performance features include indoor/outdoor performance, maximum speeds, acceleration, braking force, spasticity/ tremor damping, and others. Self diagnostics shut down controls if a problem is detected; battery display becomes indicator of problem found. The system can be easily set up with the keypad and display on the main control box. Available options are: ECU/Switch Options module (see separate entry) allows switch, sip'n'puff pneumatic control, 8 ECU outputs, more speed control options.

    The Bath Board is a bathboard designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This molded, contoured bathboard has a textured, non-slip surface and clamps to the edges of most standard tubs. An easy-to-use adjustment knob keeps the board secure.     The CareGuard by Invacare Transfer Bench is designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities while bathing. This height-adjustable bench has an anodized aluminum frame with nine height adjustments in one-half-inch increments; non-slip, non-marring rubber tips; and an aluminum arm rail.     The Ulti-mate Cushion is a foam seat cushion designed for use with wheelchairs. This cushion features built-in pre-ischial bar to transfer weight from ischial region to posterior thigh, lateral bevels on underside of cushion to accommodate the sling of the wheelchair for optimal base of support, and built-in leg channels to promote neutral leg position and help stabilize upper body. The cushion uses a combination of foams which adjust to different body weights and sizes, including a top layer of fire retardant, high resilient polyurethane. A reinforced neoprene rubber cover protects the foam from moisture damage. The outer absorbent cover contains a four-layer moisture dispersal system that draws moisture from surface to underlying absorbent layers.
