    An erection aid for management of impotence. The penis is placed in the vacuum cylinder and an erection is achieved by creating a vacuum causing engorgement and rigidity. The blood flow from the penis is reduced by a simple retention device and an erection can be maintained for up to 30 minutes. Sold by physician's prescription only.
