1. FITTER 20 ROCKER BOARD

   The Fitter 20 Rocker Board is a balance and coordination training device suitable for basic balance training and improving range of motion. The device is hand-crafted from plywood and has a birch grain finish. The clear 3-M non-slip is positioned around the top surface for use in shoes, socks, or bare feet to maximize tactile feedback. 2. FITTER BALANCE AIDS

   The Fitter Balance Aids are self-standing poles that an individual may use to help steady themselves during balance and coordination training. The Balance Aids consist of lightweight, aluminum shaft poles with handles and flexible, polyurethane bases. The poles were designed for use with Wobble and Rocker Boards (see separate entries), but are also suited for use with a wide variety of vestibular training equipment since they encourage the user to stand in a stable, upright position. 3. FITTER PHYSIO TONER SHOULDER KIT

   The Fitter Physio Toner is a shoulder and arm exerciser kit designed to be used in a clinical setting or at home for the rehabilitation of individuals with shoulder injuries or individuals wanting to strengthen their shoulders. The exerciser works the shoulders and arms by means of a simple pulley system. The device can be set up using a door frame, and may be used standing or sitting. COMPONENTS: The shoulder kit includes a shoulder pulley for range of motion, a Physio Toner cord for strengthening, and two laminated exercise charts. All components come in a nylon bag.

4. FITTER WOBBLE BOARDS

   The Fitter Wobble Boards are balance and coordination training devices designed for use by individuals with balance or neurological disabilities. The advanced model (16-inch) is intended for higher level therapy and rehab patients and for athletes; the intermediate model (20-inch)is designed for beginner and intermediate level users. Fitter Wobble Boards are hand-crafted from plywood with a birch grain finish. A clear, 3-M non-slip coating is positioned around the top surface so that the boards can be used in shoes, socks, or bare feet to maximize tactile feedback. The Wobble Boards come with a removable 5-inch polyurethane sphere and a 0.75-inch spacer for varied degrees of difficulty. The base sphere spins off so the user or clinician can quickly increase the tilt angle. 5. PRO FITTER & PRO FITTER PHYSIO KIT

   The Pro Fitter is a horizontal glider exercise device designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, improved muscle tone, and enhanced body awareness through improved balance and coordination. As part of a therapeutic or rehabilitation program, the Pro Fitter can aid in the re-development of strength and proprioception after hip, knee, and ankle injuries; improve core stability for back, shoulder, and neck injuries; and enhance motor skills, muscular strength, and endurance. This piece of equipment has been found clinically effective for use on specific training of hip abductors and pelvic stabilizers; ankle inversion/eversion, plantar/dorsiflexion; ACL/MCL rehabilitation; re-training of spinal patients; postural re- education; and CNS dysfunctions.
