1. OBUS FORME

   The OBUS Forme is a back support cushion designed to provide proper spinal support in any chair, auto seat, sofa, or bed. This support conforms to the natural contours of the spine to guide the back into a correct anatomical position, allowing it to relax. This posture eliminates lateral pressure on the spine to reduce fatigue and discomfort and to provide support for the upper rib cavity. The support is available in high- or low-back models and can be fitted with an optional lumbar pad for extra support of the lower back. The device consists of an impact-resistant polycarbonate, biomechanically molded frame covered with three grades of high-resilient urethane foam and an open-weave, non-allergenic brushed nylon fabric. 2. OBUS FORME CUSTOMAIR BACK CUSHION

   The Obus Forme Custom Air Back Cushion is an inflatable back cushion designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or back pain. Inflation and deflation valves are built into the cushion; air pump and release buttons enable the user to control the amount of support provided by the cushion. An attached elastic strap secures this cushion to any chair or seat. DIMENSIONS: 19.5 x 12.75 x 1.5 inches. COLOR: Black.

3. OBUS SEAT

   The OBUS Seat is a seat panel designed to relieve fatigue from the buttocks to the sacrum and to the lumbar and thoracic areas. The panel will support up to 75 percent of the body's weight and prevent the ischial tuberosities to sink into soft cushions. The coccyx is protected by a contoured buttocks frame with a cut-out seat depression. The device also protects the thighs with additional molded padding to reduce fatigue, improve circulation, help prevent swollen ankles and feet, and maintain proper leg spread to minimize leg spasms. The modular seating component features a firm and flexible polycarbonate frame with three sections; the front section is removable to adjust to different seat depths. The entire unit can be attached to the OBUS Forme Back Rest (see separate entry) with a special projecting tab with hook-and-pile fasteners. 4. OBUS SUPPORTING ROLL

   The OBUS Supporting Roll is a cylindrical pillow designed to provide support to either the lower back (lumbar area) or the neck (cervical area). This roll can be used in a chair or car seat. An elastic strap is included to hold the pillow in the desired position. The fabric cover can be removed and cleaned. DIMENSIONS: 12 inches wide, 4 inches in diameter.    The ObusForme Highback Backrest Support is a back support cushion designed for use by individuals with back pain or individuals who spend long hours sitting. Designed to support the head, neck, and lower back, this polycarbonate S-shaped frame conforms and supports the natural contours of the back both laterally and horizontally. The frame of the backrest is covered with three layers of polyurethane foam that can be removed and sponge washed.
