    --- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Transfer chair for onboard airplane, fits aisles up to 16 1/2 inches wide (DC 10). Chair has four casters, and has attachable rear large wheels for self-propulsion. Attaching wheels require good hand dexterity or assistance from another person. Large wheels mount and dismount with lever and can be done without leaving wheelchair. Medium size wheels available. Overall width 14 1/3 inches (medium size wheels) 16 1/2 inches to allow for swivel of front casters. Overall width with large wheels 25 5/8 inches. Height is 35 13/16 inches. Overall length 40 7/8 inches. Folding arm rest to facilitate movement in airplane cabin. Type shoulder belt restrains upper torso. Constructed of stainless steel. Vinyl seat and back, nylon restraint. Weight 40.8 pounds. Maximum capacity 245 pounds. Optional use as shower chair, chair is waterproof.
