1. DOORKNOCK 125 (MODEL K-DK125)

   The Doorknock 125, model K-DK125, is a doorbell signal system designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This signal system has a large, bright LED indicator that flashes when someone knocks at the door. The system can also be used as a flashlight during a power outage. Other features include an on/off switch and brackets to hang the unit over the top of a door. A portable system, it can be used when traveling or in offices, dorms, or apartments. POWER: Uses a 9-volt battery (not included). The unit is equipped with a battery low indicator. COLOR: Light grey.

2. EXPANDABLE AMPLIFIED CORDLESS TELEPHONE

   The Expandable Amplified Cordless Telephone is a cordless amplifier telephone designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This phone offers 53 decibel (dB) gain for incoming voice and up to 95 dB gain on the ringer (ringer is adjustable). Memory storage for caller ID, memory, and redial record. This phone has a built-in splitter on the base for ease in connecting with the external telephone line and the unit supports caller ID. Features include three pre-set emergency keys and three fast direct call keys; an index card located above direct key information; an earpiece cushion; backlit keypad and liquid crystal display (LCD); visual ringer on both the handset (with amplified ringer) and the base; a ringer on/off switch; key tone selection; and tone control. The call status display shows new call, repeat call, and memory and time. The phone supports headset jack and neckloop jack. Basic functions include talk, call back, flash, call waiting, mute, channel change, delete, programming (setting), and memory. 3. KROWN ALARM MONITORING SYSTEM (MODEL KA300)

   The Krown Alarm Monitoring System, model KA300, is an emergency alert system designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. During an emergency situation, this system uses a strobe light, a siren, and a bed shaker to alert individuals with hearing loss to existing audible warning devices designed for those without a hearing loss. The system connects up to three existing audible alarms, such as fire/smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, home security systems, or weather alerts. It can be used in small, medium or large scale buildings and can be used in a hotel, dormitory, apartment, home, or office. The system includes a strobe light, a 120-decibel siren, and a KBS300RX bed shaker. Also included are a KA300RX receiver that can link wirelessly from up to 100 yards, and a KA300TX Transmitter that can be placed on an existing alarm such as a smoke, fire, carbon monoxide, or security detector to transmit to the receiver. A kit is included for hanging the system on a wall. POWER: Uses an alternating current (AC) adpater plug with 9- volt battery backup (included).

4. KROWN AMPLIFIED RINGER 05 WITH STROBE LIGHT (MODEL K-RA05)

   The Krown Amplified Ringer 05 with Strobe Light, model K-RA05, is a telephone signal indicator designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Intended for use in monitoring a telephone line for incoming calls, the unit has a bright flashing strobe light to alert the user that the phone is ringing. This signal indicator features a 120 decibel (dB) ringer operated by power from the telephone line. The built in strobe light has an on/off switch. 5. KROWN DUAL VIBRATING ALARM CLOCK WITH DOORBELL AND DOOR KNOCK (MODEL KA1000)

   The Dual Alarm Clock with Doorbell and door Knock model KA1000, is a vibrating and flashing alarm clock, telephone signal amplifier, and doorbell signal designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This unit can alert the user either by sound, light, or bed shaker, and includes a built-in telephone ring signaler, wireless doorknock/doorbell transmitter, and built-in wireless receiver for Krown KA300 alarm monitor transmitters. The unit can be expanded into other rooms using KA1000RR remote receivers (see separate entry).

6. KROWN IN-LINE AMPLIFIER (MODEL ILAX-35)

   The Krown In-Line Amplifier, model ILAX-35,is a telephone amplifier designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This portable unit installs on the phone line to amplify the volume of a corded phone up to 20 times. Features include a volume slide and a power button to prolong the life of the battery.    The Krown Phone Flasher, model K-PF200, is a flashing light telephone signal designed for use by individuals with hearing disabilities. The unit attaches to any modular phone jack. Its 180 degree dome cover spreads an ultra bright LED signal throughout the room to alert the user of an incoming call. It also works with most PBX systems and video phone equipment.    The Remote Receiver, model KA1000RR, is a flashing light signal indicator designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. It connects to a standard table lamp and power outlet in any room of the home, apartment or office.    The Krown StarPlus 45 is an amplified telephone designed for use by individuals who are hard of hearing. This phone amplifies the incoming voice by a 50 decibels (dB) gain and its advanced circuit design and its electronic anti-feedback filter work to make words clearer and easier to understand without feedback or distortion.     The Krown Telephone Signaler, model TS-082, is a flashing light telephone signal designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This unit signals incoming calls by flashing a connected lamp on and off automatically even when the lamp is being used. The telephone ringer can be turned off with the ringer switch on the telephone signaler. This unit works with most videophones.

12. KROWN WAKE ME UP ALARM CLOCK (MODEL K-WMU)

    The Krown Wake Me Up Alarm Clock, model K-WMU, is a vibrating alarm clock designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.     The Sign Language Translator, model SLT100 is a sign language dictionary and sign language training device for use by individuals with hearing disabilities and others desiring to learn American Sign Language. This handheld device features a touchscreen with an on-screen keyboard. The user types a word, and the device will display a video of an person making the corresponding sign. The Sign Language Translator offers over 3,500 signs including numbers, letters and pronouns. It includes a protective case and a stylus. It has a support that extends from the back to allow the device to sit upright on a flat surface. It also has an SD/MMC card slot that can be used to add vocabulary as it becomes available from the manufacturer. OPTIONS: A power cord and additional styluses are available. This device enables the user to communicate with a Relay Operator, another TTY, or braille TTY. Face-to-face communication is enabled with the addition of a second keyboard The conversation is shown on the Braille display from the VTouch Braille Terminal. This device has a large conversation memory, holding up to 32,768 characters with four programmable buffers. It is suitable for greeting messages, memos, or saving time on a long distance call.
