   The BigHorn Plastic Threshold, model BHR1110, is a threshold ramp designed for use to make doorways accessible to wheelchair users. This threshold is slip resistant and can support a heavy load. Made from recycled plastic, it can be vertically cut for height and notched for door molding with typical rotary saws. It has molded miter ends and comes with high grade butyl rubber peel and stick tape for installation. OPTIONS: Shim kit to accommodate rise up to 2 inches. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 12 x 42.75 inches. 2. MODULAR XP RAMP SYSTEM

   The Modular XP Ramp System is a modular ramp designed for use to make buildings wheelchair accessible. This ramp system is available with modular ramp sections in four lengths turns and switchback. It can be moved or reconfigured, with little or no site preparation, and can accommodate a rise up to 60 inches. Made entirely of aluminum, each section is welded together to be durable and weather resistant. It has slip resistant grooved aluminum floors with protective curbs and powder-coated double handrails.    The PVI Modular Ramp System is a modular ramp deigned for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. The system can be Moved or Reconfigured, and is suitable for residential or commercial use. Made entirely of aluminum, the system is durable and weather resistant. Ramps have slip-resistant grooved aluminum floors with protective curbs and handrails. The system accommodates rises of up to 60 inches and has an adjustable slope. It can incorporate 45 degree and 90 degree turns and switchbacks. The system works with QuikBlock Modular ramp supports, also from Prairie View Industries. The ramp system is designed to assemble with common hand tools. This ramp mounts to the floor of the van inside the doorway. It has three sections and is manually operated with a spring assist. The unit has durable welded construction, with an anti-slip, high traction surface. The ramp accommodates wheelchairs and scooters with various wheel configurations, and it can be operated by one person. The unit stores vertically inside the doorway of the van.     The QuikBlock Modular Ramp Support is a ramp support foot designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. It is intended for use with the PVI Modular XP and PVI Modular Original System. The unit is made of high pressure plastic that is injection molded. It is equipped with a brass insert that accepts the PVI stainless steel 5/16-inch leg bolt for installation. Ascrew out plug and port allows the user to add fill sand for additional weight. The unit supports the ramp system, up to the weight of a small pickup truck, but is small enough to dig in below grade where applicable even in severe weather conditions. 15. SHOWER PLATFORM

    The Shower Platform is an elevated shower platform designed for use by people with lower extremity and mobility disabilities, spinal cord industry and others who regularly use a wheelchair. The platform raises the floor of a shower to accommodate a wheelchair that must enter the shower using a ramp. It is designed to be used with a PVI Threshold Ramp (see separate entry), which is sold separately. Each platform is custom built to fit an existing shower basin; however, it is only available in a rectangular shape. It is made of lightweight aluminum with a perforated surface that allows water to drain. The surface has strips of anti-slip traction tape. DIMENSIONS: Minimum height is 2.5 inches.
