1. AQUAJOGGER

   AquaJogger is a float swimming aid designed for use by persons with lower extremity disabilities. This soft, comfortable waist belt provides vertical buoyancy and keeps the user's head above water leaving the arms and legs free for aquatic exercise, pool sports or other water therapy. This device features adjustable elastic belts with quick-release buckles, high back support, and contoured front. Available models include the AJ Classic for average waisted women or lightweight men; the AJ Shape for wider-waisted or pregnant women; the AJ Pro for average-waisted or athletic men; the AJ Shape Pro for wider-waisted men; the AJ Fit for short-waisted women; and the AJ Traveler, which folds to fit a 12 by 12 by 3 inch space. All these models come with an exercise guide and video. In addition, the lower-priced AJ Active has a non-elastic web belt and does not include video.

2. FLOTATION BELT

   The Flotation Belt is a flotation aid designed for use in aquatic therapy. This belt provides buoyancy for deep water running or other exercises. It is made from ensolite 2.2 pound density closed-cell urethane foam with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating. This type of coating is used for sealant and helps decrease bacteria buildup by increasing the antiseptic qualities. The device also has PVC straps and ABS plastic clips. It uses a double belt system for extra support to the lumbar region. A smaller Petite/Cross Trainer Flotation Belt is available for use by youth and those who want less buoyancy and more depth in the water. SIZES: Small/medium(fits waist sizes 20 to 34 inches), large/extra-large (fits waist sizes 32 to 54 inches), Petite/Crosstrainer (fits waist sizes 18 to 34 inches).    Hydro-Bells are swimming pool exercise equipment designed for use in aquatic therapy. They are made of high-impact, ultra-violet- and chlorine-resistant polypropylene, and provide three dimensional hydrodynamic resistance for aquatic exercise of the upper extremities. Hydro-Bells are available alone or in sets with additional equipment. Hydro-Bell System 1 includes one pair of Hydro-Bells, one upper body workout video, and an upper body instruction chart. Total Fitness System 3 comes with one pair of Hydro-Bells, one pair of Hydro-Boots equipped with comfort pads (see entry), one complete body workout video, and one set of workout charts.    Hydro-Boots are swimming pool exercise equipment designed for use in aquatic therapy. The boots have resistance blades for lower extremity exercise. Each boot has a plastic section made of high-impact polypropylene with ultra violet and chlorine resistance factors, and a cushion made of closed-cell rubber foam. The boots come in three sections which are attached by means of nylon hinges which, in turn, allow for maximum articulation of the foot/ankle, while maintaining the alignment and stability of the 3-D resistance blades. The boots are available alone or in sets with additional equipment. The Hydro-Boot System 2 includes one pair of Hydro-Boots equipped with comfort pads, TPU boot straps, one lower body workout video, and a lower body instructional chart. 5. MINI FINS

   The Mini-Fin is an aquatic therapy swimming aid designed for use by individuals with arthritis. The fins are made from a single short 3-inch wide section of high impact poly-propylene with three-dimensional W-shaped resistance blades. A foam comfort pad and a Velcro strap are used to securely attach the fins around the user's leg above the ankle. They can also be attached around the wrists for upper body exercises for individuals with arthritis in their hands. DIMENSIONS: The foam pad is half-inch thick and the Velcro strap is 2 inches wide. 6. POOL PONY

   The Pool Pony is a flotation aid designed for use in aquatic therapy. This flotation device gives enough lift to allow a smaller individual to be fully buoyant, or a larger person to achieve deeper submergence for a deep water workout. The device can also be used by women who are pregnant and do not want a belt around the waist. Made of ensolite foam with a thin PVC outer coating. COLOR: Yellow.

7. WATER WEIGHT BELLS (MINI-BELLS)

   Water Weight Bells, also known as Mini-Bells, are swimming pool exercise equipment designed for use in aquatic therapy. These hollow poly-propylene dumbbells have four blades at each end for resistance and stability. Removable end caps allow the bell to be filled with water for neutral buoyancy or with air for additional flotation. COLOR: Teal.

8. WATER WEIGHT BOOTS (MINI-BOOTS)

   Water Weight Boots, also known as Mini-Boots, are swimming pool exercise equipment designed for use in aquatic therapy. The boots are made from a single five-inch wide section of high-impact poly-propylene with three-dimensional W-shaped resistance blades and a thick foam comfort pad. The blades are secured around the user's leg above the ankle with Velcro straps. The force or "weight" is created by the resistance of the water against the blades as the boots are moved through the water. When the legs are moved three times faster through the water, the resistance is squared to nine times more force. DIMENSIONS: The straps are two inches wide. COLOR: Teal.

9. WATER WORKOUT GLOVES

   Water Workout Gloves are swimming pool exercise equipment designed for use in aquatic therapy. They are made of silicone rubber to be both strong and flexible. They can be used along with Water Weight Boots, or as a warm-up prior to using the Water Weight Bells (see separate entries), or as added resistance for any water exercise class.
