1. ADULT WEIGHTED HOLDER

   The Adult Weighted Holder is a pencil or pen holder designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. These holders securely hold most round or irregularly shaped items from 1/8-inch to 7/16-inch in diameter. This weighted handle is available in a standard or deluxe model and uses three adjustable set screws to accommodate different sizes. The deluxe model has a plastic vinyl handle and the standard model has a metal handle. The set includes a Husky pencil, a pencil sharpener, an allen wrench, and three extra long screws for gripping tiny objects. When used with writing utensils, this handle provides greater control and proprioceptive feedback. DIMENSIONS: The standard model is .75-inch in diameter and the deluxe model is 1 1/8-inch in diameter. WEIGHT: The deluxe model weighs 7 ounces and the standard model weighs 6.5 ounces.

2. BALANCE / SEATING DISC COMBO

   The Balance Seating Disc Combo is a balance training device designed for use by individuals with balance or neurological disabilities. This thick air cushion features 100 tactile spikes on one side, and a softly molded bulls-eye-ring pattern on the other. The device offers active sitting and range of motion and sensory input, and is helpful for stabilizing the feet during balancing activities. The air cushion can be helpful in developing core muscle strength when used as a wiggle seat, or as a foot fidgeting device. DIMENSIONS: The cushion is 14 inches in diameter.

3. BASEBALL FOAM GRIP

   The Baseball Foam Grip is a pencil holder designed for use by children and adults with upper extremity disabilities. This soft grip is shaped like a baseball bat and is slightly enlarged at one end to provide tactile and visual cues for finger positioning. DIMENSIONS: 2.5 inches long.

4. BEADS AND PATTERN CARDS

   The Beads and Pattern Cards are an eye hand coordination activity designed for use with children with fine motor, neurological, or perceptual disabilities. This set includes 100 wooden beads in six colors and three shapes (spheres, cubes, and cylinders), 16 pattern cards, two laces, and an activity sheet. As children create the patterns on the cards by stringing the beads, they gain practice in pre-reading and early math skills, eye hand coordination, and shape and color recognition, and sorting and matching skills. OPTIONS: A set of 100 beads is also sold separately.

5. BUBBLE BEAR

   The Bubble Bear is a respiratory training activity designed for use with children with breathing, speech, or oral motor disabilities. Squeezing the belly of this plastic bear causes a plastic bubble wand to pop out of the bear's hat to create cascades of bubbles, encouraging breathing control and oral motor activities.

6. BULB SHAPED GRIPS

   The Bulb Shaped Grips are pencil holders designed for use by individuals with fine motor and other upper extremity disabilities. These bulb-shaped soft plastic grips slip on to any standard size pen or pencil and have three sides for finger placement. This design provides comfortable finger positioning and prevents the writing utensil from rolling. COLOR: Blue.

7. CHILDREN'S LEARNING SCISSORS

   The Children's Learning Scissors are scissors designed for use with children with upper extrenity disabilities. Available in right- or left-handed models, these scissors have metal blades with rounded tips and vinyl-coated finger loops to prevent slipping and provide tactile awareness. DIMENSIONS: 3.5 inches long

8. DIZZY DISC

   Dizzy Disc is a balance training device designed for use with children with balance or neurological disabilities. This three-dimensional toy features a spinning top disc that allows children to lie down, sit, kneel, or stand while spinning to improve balance and coordination. The angle of the disc can be changed to adjust the level of difficulty; the greater the slope, the greater the challenge of maintaining balance. DIMENSIONS: The disc is 16 inches in diameter, and the base is 18 inches in diameter. CAPACITY: 150 pounds.

9. FOAM GRIP

   The Foam Grip is a pencil holder designed for use by children and adults with upper extremity disabilities. This short round grip provides a cushion for those who grip the writing implement too tight. DIMENSIONS: 1.5 inches long.

10. GERTIE BALL

    The Gertie Ball is a textured inflatable ball designed to be grabbed, squeezed, thrown or kicked. Made of non-toxic PVC, it inflates in seconds to different sizes with the included straw. DIMENSIONS: Available in 9-inch and 13-inch models. COLOR: Assorted metallic colors.

11. HANDI-WRITER

    The Handi-Writer is a writing aid designed for use with children limited hand strength or inappropriate grasping patterns. This device loops over the wrist and over the writing implement to encourage the hand to form the tripod grip. Instructions are included.

12. LOOP SCISSORS

    Loop Scissors are designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. These self-opening scissors feature contoured polypropylene handles connected by a spring band and can be used with the right or left hand. The scissors have rounded tip stainless steel blades. DIMENSIONS: The blades are 2.25 inches long and the scissors are six inces long overall.

13. MOVIN' SIT AIR CUSHION

    The Movin'Sit Air Cushion is an air flotation seat cushion designed to give the user a slanted seat base to promote proper sitting posture. This adjustable, wedge-shaped cushion is inflatable, washable, and portable. It also functions as a dynamic surface, with small, rounded protrusions on one side to create air circulation. The unit may also be used as a lower back support. It is inflated by mouth and easily adjusted for any chair or surface. DIMENSIONS: 14 x 14 inches.

14. MOVIN' SIT JR.

    The Movin' Sit Jr. is an air flotation seat cushion designed gor use by children with physical disabilities. The inflatable cushion can be used with any chair or in automobile seats to encrease endurance of the postural muscles by promoting active sitting. The wedge-shaped cushion also works to balance the spine to encourage proper posture. DIMENSIONS: 10 x 10 inches. COLOR: Royal Blue.

15. MY FIRST BOWLING GAME

    My First Bowling Game is an eye-hand coordination activity designed for use by children with fine motor, upper extrmity gross motor, perceptual, or neurological disabilities. This machine-washable and dryable set includes foam-filled pins and two foam-filled balls. COLOR: The pins are patterned in black and white or red and white. The balls come in solid colors.

16. POP-UP ANIMAL BUBBLER

    The Pop-Up Animal Bubbler is an oral motor planning activity designed for use by children and asdults with oral motor, neurological, fine motor, or respiratory disabilities. This plastic bear-shaped, bubble container has a built-in bubble wand that pops up when the animal's belly is gently squeezed, prompting repetitive hand and finger activity while blowing bubbles to enhance oral motor activity. The Bubbler contains eight ounces of bubble solution and comes in assorted animal shapes. COLOR: Assorted.

17. RIGHT-LINE PAPER AND STOP-GO RIGHT-LINE PAPER (MODELS 90B10W, 90B10N & 90B10S)

    Right-Line and Stop-Go Right-Line Paper is writing paper with raised lines designed for use by people who have difficulty staying within the lines of other writing paper such as individuals with upper extremity or fine motor disabilities or vision impairment. Both papers are printed on white stock. Right-Line paper has raised lines superimposed on printed green lines to allow the user to feel the line. Stop-Go Right-Line has red and green printed lines, with the raised line superimposed on the red lines to allow the student to see and feel the base and top lines. Right-Line is available in wide- or narrow-ruled sheets or mixed packages. (Wide-rule paper has a dashed guide line for letter formation between the two raised lines.)

18. SENSORY BRUSH

    The Sensory Brush is a sensory integration activity designed for use with children with cognitive and neurological disabilities. Designed for use in pressure brushing programs, this two-sided unit has a sponge on one side and a non-scratching brush on the other for sensory input.

19. SENSORY BRUSH II

    The Sensory Brush II is a sensory integration activity designed for use with children with cognitive and neurological disabilities. Designed for use in pressure brushing programs, this brush, also known as the corn brush, is firmer than the Sensory Brush (see separate entry) for sensory input. OPTIONS: A wooden brush holder is available.

20. SITFIT

    The Sitfit is a balance training device designed for use with children with neurological, cognitive, and balance disabilities. This PVC vinyl cushion is inflatable by mouth and offers active sitting and offers range of motion and sensory input. This cushion can be used for seated or standing balance practice or for work on tilting reactions. The surface is smooth and has the feel of a therapy ball, promoting upright posture and assists in strengthening back muscles. DIMENSION: 13 inches in diameter.

21. SMART START PAPER

    Simply Smart Writing Paper is designed for use with children with eye hand and fine motor disabilities. This paper features bold graphics and color-coded lines to aid in recognition of lines and spaces. This high-quality paper erases easily and comes in packages of 100 sheets. The paper is available in grade one writing paper, grade one and two writing paper or grade one story paper (one-half page writing paper and one-half page for drawing), or grade one and two story paper. 22. SQUIZZERS

    Squizzers are self-opening scissors with special spring-apart, plastic-coated handles that are joined together by a band. These scissors are easier to control than conventional scissors, and require less manual dexterity and coordination to operate. Blades are short and rounded for safety. 23. STETRO SUPER SOFT PENCIL GRIP

    The Stetro Pen and Pencil Grip is a triangular finger grip designed for use by individuals who have difficulty grasping and holding pencils. The soft grips slide on to any standard pencil and may be used by right- and left-handed writers. COLOR: Assorted.

24. TRICKY FINGERS

    Tricky Fingers is an eye hand coordination activity designed for use by individuals with fine motor disabilities. The child uses his or her fingertips to manipulate marbles enclosed in a puzzle tray to create a pattern matching that on a pattern card. The set includes two puzzle trays and 14 pattern cards.

25. TRIGO GRIPS

    The TriGo Grips are pencil holders designed for use by individuals with fine motor and other upper extremity disabilities. Molded for use by right- or left-handed users, these grips have a unique design which aids in proper finger positioning while allowing the fingers to touch the pencil or pen.

26. WEIGHTED BLANKET (MODEL SS7089)

    The Weighted Blanket, model SS7089, is designed for use with individuals with cognitive or emotional disabilities. Made of waterproof, heavy-duty nylon, this blanket features 15 pounds of self-contained weight to provide full body proprioceptive input to help calm the nervous system. The blanket rolls or folds for storage and can be cleaned with a damp, soapy cloth. OPTIONS: Flannel cover. DIMENSIONS: 48 x 56 inches.

27. WIDE-LINE AND NARROW-LINE SPACING PAPER

    The Wide-line and Narrow-line Spacing Paper is designed for use with children with fine motor or eye hand coordination disabilities. Printed in a three-line, four-space format, this paper provides a guide for writing letters that extend below the baseline. Internal broken lines serve as a reference for writing half-space letters. Shading between the writing strips further demarcates the writing area. Lightly shaded vertical lines teach line orientation and cue correct letter and word spacing. DIMENSIONS: The lines on the wide-lined paper are 1.5 inches wide and the lines on the narrow-lined paper are 1 1/8 inches wide.

28. ZOO STICKS

    Zoo Sticks are eye hand coordination exercisers designed for use with children with eye hand coordination or fine motor disabilities. These animal chopsticks can be used like large tweezers to grasp items, strengthening the skill side of the hand.
