KROWN ALARM MONITORING SYSTEM (MODEL KA300)
The Krown Alarm Monitoring System, model KA300, is an emergency alert system designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. During an emergency situation, this system uses a strobe light, a siren, and a bed shaker to alert individuals with hearing loss to existing audible warning devices designed for those without a hearing loss. The system connects up to three existing audible alarms, such as fire/smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, home security systems, or weather alerts. It can be used in small, medium or large scale buildings and can be used in a hotel, dormitory, apartment, home, or office. The system includes a strobe light, a 120-decibel siren, and a KBS300RX bed shaker. Also included are a KA300RX receiver that can link wirelessly from up to 100 yards, and a KA300TX Transmitter that can be placed on an existing alarm such as a smoke, fire, carbon monoxide, or security detector to transmit to the receiver. A kit is included for hanging the system on a wall. POWER: Uses an alternating current (AC) adpater plug with 9- volt battery backup (included).

MAKITA AUTOMATIC DRAPERY OPENER SYSTEM
The Makita Automatic Drapery Opener System is a powered drapery control system designed for individuals with a physical disability. The system can carry over 60 pounds of draperies over a 20 foot span at a track speed of ten inches per second. Another motor can be added if this capacity needs to be exceeded. The Opener automatically self centers draperies and has an automatic stop. It also incorporates an automatic cut-off to help prevent motor overheating. The motor has a slip clutch mechanism that allows for the drapes to be opened and closed manually, in case of a power outage. The remote control unit operates within maximum range of approximately 30 feet. The Opener is sold in a kit including the motor, remote and timer, or component form. The timer allows a user hands free operation by presetting the times you wish the drapes to open or close. The timer can hold up to four preset times a day.

TV EARS REGI-REMOTE
The TV Ears Regi-Remote is a universal television remote control designed for use by individuals with limited dexterity or low vision. The unit has four large color coded power buttons that control a television, cable box, and satellite box. Functions include on/off button, volume and channel control, and mute control. It also has a fully functioning number panel that has a plastic cover. This system allows the user to set up to 30 favorite channels to eliminate unwanted channels. The remote is preset to Motorola cable boxes, but it can also be programmed for other cable box brands. Installation may require some set-up assistance. Uses 2 AAA batteries (not included).
