1. ACORN SUPERGLIDE 120

   The Acorn Superglide 120 is an interior stair lift designed for use by individuals with balance, lower extremity, or mobility disabilities or arthritis. Designed for home use, this straight stair lift features joystick operation, a digital status display, smooth start/stop action, a lockable isolation switch, a fold-up swivel seat with footrest, infra-red remote controls, safety cut-out sensors, electronic and mechanical braking systems, and quiet operation. POWER: Uses direct current (DC) power supplied by rechargeable batteries. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Lift chair is 20 x 21.75 inches. CAPACITY: 294 pounds is standard; a 350- pound capacity also available. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on the gearbox/motor assembly; one year on all other components.

2. FLOW STAIR LIFT

   The Flow Stair Lift is an interior seat lift designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities. This seat lift has a tube-style rail for use with straight, curved, or spiral stairs, including stairs with angles from 0 to 70 degrees. The maximum travel distance is 112 feet. The seat features a padded backrest, armrests, and a footrest. UPHOLSTERY: Red, blue, or yellow patterned vinyl or solid color sisal, black, or chianti vinyl. 3. LEV HOME ELEVATOR

   The LEV Home Elevator is a home elevator designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This elevator is designed for new home construction and has a maxiumum 50 foot lift height with up to five stops. Its drive system is a geared machine with counterweighted chain drive or hydraulic drive. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Car floor is available in 48 x 36 inches, 60 x 36 inches, or 54 x 40 inches. SPEED: 40 feet per minute. CAPACITY: 950 pounds.

4. MINIVATOR RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR

   The Minivator Residential Elevator is a home elevator designed to provide interior access between two levels for people with limited mobility. The elevator is equipped with two guide rails that mount to one load-bearing wall. No shaft or hoistway is needed. The elevator can travel up to sixteen feet vertically, and travels at a speed of 20 feet per minute. The Minivator’s drive system uses a .75 horsepower open drip-proof motor with brake and manual lowering access port and as 80:1 helical-worm unit with double 1 1/4" diameter output shafts. The drive motor is 120 volt, 10.5 amps, 1140 RPM, 1 Phase, 60-cycle, and is reversing. The elevator car is suspended by two .25-inch diameter, 7 x 19 strand, 7000-pound breaking strength aircraft cables. The car has a steel and plexiglass construction. The elevator can accommodate most wheelchairs. Safety features include: manual lowering device; electro mechanical interlock car door; grab handles on car door; emergency stop button in car with audible alarm; slack cable safety device; upper landing hatch cover with safety sensors; upper and lower limit switches; upper and lower final limit switch; open door sensor; constant pressure switches; platform safety sensor; and a 24 VAC control system. POWER: 115 volt AC, 60 hertz, 20 amps. OPTIONS: Phone. DIMENSIONS: Minimum floor space required is 35.75 inches x 54 inches. CAPACITY: 450 pound maximum capacity. 5. WINDSOR RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR

   The Windsor Residential Elevator is an elevator designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This elevator fits beneath an 8-foot ceiling and requires no pit or machine room. Users enter and exit the car on the same side. It has manual hoistway doors and a cable drum drive system with a maximum lifting height of 16 feet and a maxium of two stops. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Car floor is 46 x 30 inches. SPEED: 20 feet per second. CAPACITY: 500 pounds. COLOR: Interior walls are white.
