    The AB900 Amplified Answering Machine is a hearing aid compatible amplified answering machine designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Messages can be amplified as much as 40 decibels (dB) in volume, and played back at slower speeds to increase intelligibility. The controls feature a one-touch play and pause button, rotary controls for frequency tone and play back speed, and buttons to skip and repeat messages. The unit has 24 minutes of digital recording with flash memory. The unit has a two-digit LED display and a 3.5-millimeter (mm) output jack for a headset or neckloop (not included) for a hearing aid or cochlear implant. The audible set-up instructions are available in six languages. The AB900 can also be accessed remotely using a factory pre-set three-digit code. When accessed remotely, the user can turn the unit on or off, change the outgoing message, record memos, listen to what is happening in the room using the unit’s built-in microphone, and play, repeat, skip or erase each message. The unit is water resistant, has “low battery” and “out of range” indicator lights, and can be used for up to 50 hours in standby mode without recharging.     The TCL 100 Analog Alarm Clock is a flashing alarm clock with a vibrating signal and amplified alarm, and it is a visual and vibrating telephone signal indicator. It is designed for use by people who are deaf or hard of hearing. This clock has an illuminated analog clock face which a bright flashing LED light on the top that is activated when the alarm sounds. The volume of the audible alarm adjusts up to 90 decibels (dB), and there are five alarm patterns and three alarm settings (loud signal, vibration or both). The clock includes a cordless vibrating pad with an on/off switch that will vibrate when the alarm sounds if the clock is set for vibration. The clock’s connection to the vibrating pad is wireless with a range of 300 feet so it can be placed under a mattress or pillow. The clock can be connected to a telephone, and its alarm signal options (visual, audible and tactile) can all be used as a telephone signal indicator and as a ring amplifier.
