1. 6-WAY POWER SEAT BASE

   The 6-Way Power Seat Base is a vehicle driver powered seat base for people with lower extremity and mobility disabilities and spinal cord injury. The seat base eases transfers to and from a wheelchair. It has a front-to-rear travel of 13.5 inches, a height adjustment of 9 inches, and a 90 degree power swivel. All functions are independent to create numerous adjustments. The seat base is adaptable to most factory or retrofit vehicle seats. 2. ACCELERATOR / BRAKE GUARD (MODEL 3571)

   The Accelerator/Brake Guard, model 3571, is an accelerator and brake pedal guard designed to protect individuals with lower extremity disabilities who drive using hand controls against inadvertently pressing the accelerator or brake pedal. This device also prevents the user from placing his or her foot underneath either pedal. The unit features a release mechanism that allows the guard to be easily removed without tools, permitting ambulatory drivers full use of the accelerator pedal. It has a carrying handle and is self-cleaning.

3. AMPUTEE SPINNER

   The Amputee Spinner is a steering wheel spinner ring designed for use by drivers with a prosthetic upper limb or hook. This device features a large ring that attaches to the rim of the steering wheel. This device can be removed when not required by the driver. WARRANTY: 5 years.

4. BACK UP SYSTEM FOR BRAKE (MODEL V26)

   Back up system for brakes provides complete braking capabilities in case of engine failure. Hydraulic operated system is activated automatically in case of engine failure. For use on cars, vans, and small trucks with Drive Master brake systems and factory power brakes. VA accepted.

5. BRUNO ELAN (MODEL SRE-3000)

   The Bruno Elan, model SRE-3000, is a straight rail interior seat lift designed for use by individuals with balance, lower extremity, mobility and cognitive disabilities. The Elan has a 0-, 67- and 90-degree locking swivel seat at the top and the bottom of the stairway. The height-adjustable, folding seat is equipped with an adjustable footplate with a safety sensor, flip-up arm rests, and a seatbelt. It has an infra-red wireless control with momentary switching requiring a user to hold button continuously to control unit, and a 3-position, momentary rocker switch mounted under one of the armrests. This lift can be installed on either side of the stairway, to within five inches of the wall. 6. BRUNO TURNING AUTOMOTIVE SEATING (TAS) 2500 TURNY

   The Bruno Turning Automotive Seating (TAS) 2500 Turny is a powered turning automotive seat base designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities and mobility disabilities who have difficulty entering and exiting minivans, pickup trucks, and full-size vans. The Turny replaces the existing seat base with a swivel, power up and down base. It allows for an even height transfer from a mobility device or can be lowered to 12 or 16 inches. The base swivels manually. The hand control first glides the seat out of the vehicle then lowers the seat. The Turny can be installed in the front passenger and the middle-side door position on both the left and the right. It can be removed to restore the vehicle to its original condition. In some cases the Turny utilizes the original seat. The Bruno SM seat and LP series seat provide lumbar support as well as lateral support in both the seat cushion and backrest. 7. BRUNO TURNOUT TURNING AUTOMOTIVE SEATING (MODEL TAS-2400/2400E)

   The Bruno Turnout Turning Automotive Seating, model TAS-2400/2400E, is a swivel base designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities who have difficulty getting in and out of a car or minivan. The unit is installed on a vehicle-specific custom base plate assembly and is available in a manual (TAS-2400) or powered (TAS-2400E) model. The seat rotates out over the doorsill, bridging the gap for a safe transfer onto the seat. Once the user is on the seat, it rotates back into the vehicle.    Sensitized brakes reduce the effort needed to operate power brakes on vehicle. Modification is made on factory installed power brake system. For persons who have difficulty operating factory installed power brake system. VA accepted.

   No effort brake requires only a few ounces of force to operate power brake. Replaces factory installed unit, available for car, van and light trucks. Adds no visible components to vehicle. Backup system available (see separate entry).

10. DRIVE MASTER PARKING BRAKE HANDLE (MODEL D4)

    Stainless steel lever attaches to foot operated parking brake to adapt it to hand use. User needs grip sufficient to operate regular brake and lever. Handle can be bent somewhat at time of installation to achieve proper angle for individual needs.head of lever has rubber grip similar to that of bicycle handle. Client needs strength in hand approximately the same as that in the left foot with which able bodied driver operates standard foot parking brake.

    The Extension Control Park Brake Extension, model 3542, is a gear selection lever for use on vehicles with automatic transmission designed to accommodate and provide extra leverage for persons without the use of either their right or left hand or arm. It attaches to the right or left side of the steering wheel.

16. EXTENSION CONTROL RIGHT HAND TURN SIGNAL LEVER EXTENSION (MODEL 3543)

    The Extension Control Right Hand Turn Signal Lever Extension, 3543, is a directional signal attachment designed to allow drivers to operate the turn signals with the right hand instead of the left. This lightweight crossover lever allows the user to operate the turn signal with ease. The device attaches to the turn signal lever and crosses to the right side of the steering column. It is installed using bands rather than screws, leaving the vehicle’s interior in its original condition.

17. EZ LOCK

    Floor mounted wheelchair restraint system secures wheelchair to floor of van. V.A. accepted. Enables user to sit forward facing or in an angled position in van. Wheelchairs can be rolled into the receiver lock mechanism by backing in or by forward entry. Safety warning signal will sound when vehicle is running while the lock is not fully set. 18. FOOT CONTROL LEFT FOOT ACCELERATOR (MODEL 3545)

    The Foot Control Left Foot Accelerator, model 3545S, is an accelerator pedal for persons with limited or no use of the right leg requiring them to drive with their left leg. It is equipped with a guard to prevent the driver from inadvertently resting their right foot on the accelerator pedal. The Left Foot Accelerator incorporates a quick release mechanism and is easily removable without tools.

19. HAND CONTROL (MODEL 3501)

    The Hand Control, model 3501, is designed for persons without the use of their left leg to operate the brake pedal and clutch of cars with manual transmission. This lightweight brushed aluminum alloy hand control clamps to the lower part of the steering column and to the pedals. It mounts on the left or right side of the steering column, but will not interfere with the normal operation of the vehicle. A horn and dimmer switch is also located on the handle. To operate, the user pushes the handle forward for brakes or clutch. The device will operate in extreme temperatures, and will fit foreign vehicles with automatic transmission and the steering wheel on the left. 20. MONARCH MARK IA

    The Monarch Mark IA is a hand control made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The device is operated by pushing a handle parallel to the steering column for brake and at right angle towards the driver's lap for acceleration. The control also has toggle switches for light dimmer and horn. The hand control will not interfere with operation of the vehicle by an able-bodied driver. The control can be positioned for left or right hand operation. INSTALLATION: The device has a V-block mount and strap on the lower side of the steering column located approximately under the factory installed directional signals. The control also attaches to the accelerator suspension bar and brake pedal. An adapter mount makes this device compatible with all American and imported vehicles. WARRANTY: Five year on defective parts or components for original owner and original vehicle for which the equipment was purchased; 90-day on electrical components and accessories; and 30-day return guarantee.

21. MOTOMATE (MODELS 6060 & 6260)

    The Motomate are driving hand controls designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury and those with the use of only one hand. Designed to respond to driver commands, the user pushes forward to brake and downward to accelerate. Both of these actions are intended to correspond to the driver’s natural motions. This product features a padded grip and can be mounted to either the right or left side of the steering wheel to suit the user’s need. Model 6260 is the push and pull version of the Motomate and is designed for situations where a right angle downward acceleration is obstructed. Model 6260 is the push and pull version of the Motomate designed for situations where a right angle downward acceleration is obstructed. This model is an alternative for taller drivers that have limited leg room. All other features are the same as Model 6060.

22. MPS QUICK RELEASE LEFT FOOT GAS PEDAL WITH PEDAL GUARD

    The MPS Quick Release Left Foot Gas Pedal with Pedal Guard is an accelerator pedal for persons with limited or no use of the right leg requiring them to drive with their left leg. This pedal is installed on the left side and is mechanically linked to the original manufacturers pedal. The Pedal Guard shields the original pedal to make it inoperable. The pedal is fully adjustable. The lightweight design of the pedal and its quick release feature facilitate easy removal.

23. PALM SPINNER

    The Palm Spinner is a steering wheel spinner designed for use by individuals with grasping or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. This device attaches to the steering wheel and has two adjustable pieces that hold the driver's hand in place on the rim of the wheel. The spinner can be removed when not required by the driver. 24. PARKING BRAKE EXTENSION

    The Parking Brake Extension is a parking brake extension lever designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. This device attaches to the parking brake and enables the brake to be operated by hand. WARRANTY: 5 years.

25. PARKING BRAKE HANDLE

    The Parking Brake Handle is a parking brake extension lever designed for use by people with disabilities. The extension attaches to a floor pedal type parking brake, allowing hand operation of the parking brake. The handle folds forward to permit easy entrance and exit from the vehicle.

26. PEDAL EXTENDER

    The Pedal Extender is an accelerator pedal extension or brake pedal extension or clutch control extension for automobiles. The extension attaches securely to the accelerator, brake or clutch pedals and adds 2 inches of height to the brake or clutch pedals and 1.5 inches to accelerator pedal for drivers who have difficulty in reaching pedals. The device fits most pedals.

27. PERMOLOCK C

    The Permolock C is a wheelchair restraint system designed for people with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury who use the Permobil C400 or C500 power wheelchairs (see separate entries). The Permolock C consists of a locking plate that is mounted on the floor of the vehicle and a spring-loaded pin attached to the wheelchair base. The wheelchair equipped with the pin approaches the locking base from the rear with pin aligned with a slot in the center of the top of the plate. A control button added to the front of the wheelchair’s armrest controls the extension of the locking pin. The pin slides forward into the locking plate until it locks into place. An emergency release lever is located on the front of the locking plate, and a handheld manual release is attached to the locking plate by a cable. The Permolock C includes an indicator light to be installed on the vehicle dashboard to indicate whether a wheelchair is securely locked into place. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 3.75 x 20 x 17 inches (locking plate). POWER: The locking plate requires 12 volts from the vehicle. The pin mechanism requires 24 volts from the wheelchair.

28. PERMOLOCK C3

    The Permolock C3 is a wheelchair restraint system designed for people with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury who use the Permobil C300, C350, K300 or K450 power wheelchairs (see separate entries). The Permolock C3 consists of a locking plate that is mounted on the floor of the vehicle and two spring-loaded pins attached to the wheelchair base. The wheelchair equipped with the pins approaches the locking base from the rear with pins aligned to two slots in the top of the plate. The pins slide forward into the locking plate until they lock into place. An emergency release lever is located on the front of the locking plate, and a handheld manual release is attached to the locking plate by a cable. The Permolock C3 includes an indicator light to be installed on the vehicle dashboard to indicate whether a wheelchair is securely locked into place. 29. PORTABLE CONTROL (MODEL 122)

    The Portable Control, model 122, is a portable hand control system designed for temporary use only on rental or other vehicles with automatic transmission, power brakes and steering. This model requires strong arms and hands for operation and must be removed for standard foot use. A nylon carrying case is included.

30. PUSH PULL HAND OPERATED DRIVING CONTROL (MODEL CP 200)

    The Push Pull Hand Operated Driving Control (Model CP 200) is a hand control for automobiles. The brake is operated by pressing the arm of the hand control toward the firewall in a direction parallel to the steering column. The accelerator operates by pulling arm the toward the driver's lap at a right angle. The brake and accelerator can be operated simultaneously for steep grades. The thumb-positioned hand dimmer has an optional toggle switch, and does not effect the use of the floor dimmer. The device is designed for use on any vehicle with automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. The unit is equipped for either right- or left-handed use, but must be specified at time of ordering, and does not effect operation of the vehicle by people without disabilities. 31. PUSH-PULL QUAD CONTROL (MODEL 3700)

    The Push-Pull Quad Control is a car driving, hand control designed to assist drivers with muscular disabilities - post polio, muscular dystrophy. It is engineered to require no finger dexterity and needs very minimal use of the bicep and tricep muscles to operate. This supportive driving control is designed to utilize a push-pull motion with positive mechanical connections between driver and vehicle: For gas - pull down; to brake - push forward; and for special situations, the user can apply both the brake and gas at the same time. With a Tri-Pin assembly, it is designed to fit on the left or right bottom side of the user's steering wheel, and it incorporates momentary contact switches which can be used to operate turn signals. 32. Q STRAINT POCKET SYSTEM (MODEL Q-5001)

    The Q'Straint Pocket System, model Q-5001, is a wheelchair restraint system designed to secure wheelchairs and their occupants in vehicles. The belts have bear clamps to adjust length and hooks to attach to frame of wheelchair and to floor pockets located in the floor of the vehicle. Lap and shoulder belts secure the occupant in the wheelchair.     The QRT Retactable Securement System is a wheelchair restraint system designed to secure wheelchairs and their occupants in transit and para-transit buses. This system can be mounted on tracks, walls, swing arms, floors, seats, flip seats, or barriers. The system retracts out of sight when not in use and a hard cover protects it from damage. 35. QUAD FORK

    The Quad Fork is a steering wheel spinner designed for use by individuals with grasping or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. The device attaches to the steering wheel and has two long pieces that extend beyond the rim of the steering wheel to provide leverage, and which are adjustable by reshaping the metal insert inside the outer cover. This device can be removed when not required by the driver. WARRANTY: Five years.

36. QUAD HAND CONTROL (MODEL 3502)

    The Quad Hand Control, model 3502, is a lightweight brushed aluminum alloy hand control with adjustable wrist support for persons with limited muscle control in the arms and hands. The unit also features a hand guard, special dimmer, and horn switches. The device clamps to the lower part of the steering column and to the gas and brake pedals. It may be mounted on either the left or right side, and will not interfere with the normal operation of the vehicle. It is operated by pushing forward for the brake and pulling down toward the lap for acceleration. Both the gas and brake may be operated together, if necessary (on hills for example). 37. RETRAKTOR

    Retraktor is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system features retractable securements that can be mounted to the floor, sidewall, or seat structures. The system includes front tensioning retractors with right and left handles, and occupant restraints that come with a Height Adjuster to accommodate passengers of almost any size. 38. RICON KLEARVUE K-SERIES FOLDING PLATFORM LIFT

    The Ricon KlearVue K-Series Folding Platform Lift is a platform van and bus lift designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. The platform folds in half for stowing. When stowed, it provides an unobstructed view of the road for the driver and for passengers. Because the platform folds, it can accommodate scooters and wheelchairs that require a longer platform without modifications to raise the roof or door. 45. STEERING CONTROL HOOK GRIP (MODEL 3521)

    The Steering Control Hook Grip, model 3521, is a spinner ring designed for use by individuals who use a two-finger prosthetic hook when driving. The device attaches to a bar mounted on the steering wheel in a ball bearing spinner receptacle. To secure the steering wheel for ease in handling, the user places one finger on the outside of the spinner ring while postioning the other finger on the inside.

46. STEERING CONTROL PALM GRIP (MODEL 3523)

    The Steering Control Palm Grip, model 3523B, is a steering wheel spinner designed for use by individuals who use driving hand controls or who have upper extremity disabilities. This lightweight aluminum wrap adjusts to fit the hand and offers a firm strength that holds the shape for secure steering control, and a raised finger rest protects the fingers from contact with the steering wheel.     The Steering Control Tri-pin Grip, model 3522, is a steering spinner bar designed for use on vehicles with power steering for persons with no tensor control in the wrist. This device is a three-pin grip designed to comfortably position and secure the hand and wrist on the steering wheel. The pins are lightweight and adjustable, and attaches across the diameter of the steering wheel. An available counter weight diminishes the weight of the grip so that it can be mounted on either side of the steering wheel. A replaceable foam cover is included for extra comfort.

48. STEERING CONTROL V-GRIP (MODEL 3524)

    The Steering Control V-Grip is a wheel spinner designed for use by quadriplegic drivers with some tensor control. Designed with a foam-grip single pin and foam-covered wrap, this device provides backhand support that secures the hand in a comfortable position. The unit is mounted onto the steering wheel and can be adjusted to the user’s desired steering grip.

49. SUREGRIP

    SUREGRIP is a driving hand control designed to ease muscle fatigue for persons with muscular disabilities. This controller is engineered to allow the user to grip for gas and to push forward for braking; it is located beneath the steering wheel on the left hand side. It enables the driver to keep both hands on the wheel, and it also offers the user the opportunity to free the right hand to either tune the radio, change tapes or CDs, or adjust the air conditioner. The operating handle is in the vertical position for precise control. Accelerate by rocking back through an arching motion with the fingers and/or the palm. To apply the brakes, simply push forward. In addition, this hand control provides the user with ample legroom when compared to traditional driving controls and is designed to meet requirements set by most appropriate governmental agencies.     The Sure-Lok FE500 Series System is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. 54. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED COMBINATION BELT (MODEL FE200727)

    The Sure-Lok Integrated Combination Belt, model FE200727, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This system combines a shoulder belt and an integrated lap belt in a fully retractable unit. The unit retracts to the vehicle sidewall; a Velcro strap is provided to keep the belt ends up against the vehicle sidewall when not in use. The retractor mechanism can be mounted directly to the vehicle floor or sidewall, or into Series L Aluminum Track with the use of the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. The belt web guide can be installed to the vehicle sidewall by using the model FE200745 Sidewall Mounting Kit or into Series L Aluminum Track with the model FE200747 Series L Mounting Kit. OPTIONS: Height Adjuster provides nearly 12 inches of vertical adjustment and allows for the proper geometry and placement of the shoulder belt, regardless of passenger size or mobility aid design.

55. SURE-LOK INTEGRATED LAP BELT (MODEL FE200595)

    The Sure-Lok Integrated Lap Belt, model FE200595, is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt is intended for use with the FE500 Series Wheelchair Securement System only (see separate entry). It attaches directly to the rear strap assembly of the wheelchair securement system, and provides an occupant restraint system that is an integrated part of the wheelchair securement. Its restraint capability is dependent upon the strength of the wheelchair securement system. This belt has a single push-button buckle, one webbing adjuster, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. DIMENSIONS: The belt is 80 inches long.

56. SURE-LOK PARALLEL LAP BELT (MODELS FE200594, FE200600, FE200601, FE200612)

    The Sure-Lok Parallel Lap Belt is a wheelchair restraint system designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This belt attaches directly to the floor track or plates to secure the passenger separately and independently from the wheelchair securement system. The belt's anchoring hardware is positive-locking to ensure that the belt assemblies cannot be inadvertently released or disengaged. A single push-button function allows the release and evacuation of the occupant in the event of an emergency. Premium Lap Belts (model FE200600 for Series L track and model FE200612 for Series A track) have three push-button buckles, two web adjusters to aid in placement, and web stiffeners to aid in installation. These models are intended for use in multiple station vehicles. Models FE200710 and FE200710L are non-retractable fixed-point shoulder belts that can be mounted to the existing original equipment shoulder belt location or on the sidewall or floor, and are for use in single-, fixed-, or dedicated-position vehicles. models FE200604 and FE200604L are retractable shoulder belts that offer automatic adjustment in vehicles with single, fixed, or dedicated passenger positions. 60. TOUCH CONTROL SYSTEM (MODEL 8000H)

    System has a vacuum operator for the brake pedal and a vacuum operator for the accelerator pedal. Operators are controlled by a single control handle on the control module which is about 3 inches by 5 inches by 8 inches. Control module can be mounted on the door in front of the arm rest, on the engine housing or bracket attached to the engine housing of a van, or on a bracket to the right of the steering wheel in a sedan. 2 to 4 pounds of force are required to operate the accelerator by moving the handle forward or to operate the brake by moving the handle rearward. Control module is connected to the operators by flexible hoses so the module can be positioned for best driver convenience. This system does not interfere with normal pedal function.

61. TRI PIN STEERING DEVICE

    The Tri Pin Steering Device is a steering wheel spinner designed for use by drivers with grasping or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. This device attaches to the rim of the steering wheel. It features three rods for grasping, one on the rim and two slightly off the rim. This device can be removed when not required by the driver. WARRANTY: 5 years.

62. TWO-POLE DIMMER SWITCH (MODEL 3550) AND SINGLE POLE DIMMER SWITCH (MODEL 3551)

    The Two-Pole Dimmer Switch, model 3550, and Single Pole Dimmer Switch, model 3551, are remote headlight dimmer controls. A toggle switch mounts to the dash board for hand operation. The unit is made of a lightweight brushed aluminum alloy. The two-pole switch allows normal use of the factory-installed dimmer switch; the single pole switch deactivates the floor dimmer system and transfers it to dashboard. 63. WELLS ENGBERG DRIVING CONTROL (MODEL CT 100)

    The Wells Engberg Driving Control (Model CT 100) is a hand control for automobiles designed for use by people with disabilities. The brake is operated by pressing the arm of the hand control toward the firewall in a direction parallel to steering column; the accelerator operates by twisting the grip on the hand control in a counter-clockwise direction. The brake and accelerator can be operated simultaneously for steep grades. The control may be used on any vehicle with an automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes. The unit is equipped for either left- or right-handed operation and does not affect operation of the vehicle by people without disabilities. INSTALLATION: The control mounts on the steering column, brake, and accelerator. OPTIONS: A thumb-positioned hand dimmer with a toggle switch is available. The dimmer does not affect use of the floor-switch dimmer.

64. WELLS ENGBERG PNEUMATIC DRIVING CONTROL

    The Wells Engberg Pneumatic Driving control is a hand control for automobiles designed for use by people with disabilities. The controls are air-operated driving controls for air cylinder to the brake and accelerator pedals. The control box is available in two styles: push for brake and twist for gas, or push for brake and pull for gas. The manufacturer estimated control effort by the driver to be approximately 4 ounces. The device is compact and does not interfere with the use of controls by a driver without disabilities. Foot controls adapt the pneumatic system for use by little people.

65. WHEELCHAIR AND OCCUPANT BELT / TRACK SYSTEM.

    The Wheelchair and Occupant Belt/Track System has successfully impact tested at 30 MPH/20G. This test simulated the performance criteria required in FMVSS ##208, 209 and 210. Two models of shoulder restraints available, wall mounted non-retractable, and retractable. Tracks are installed in the floor of the van, in front and behind the chair, to lock the front and rear of the wheelchair frame in place. Web stiffeners are installed in the lap belt portion of the restraint to assist in connecting the buckle. Lap belt works independently of the wheelchair tie-down.
