6-WAY POWER SEAT BASE
The 6-Way Power Seat Base is a vehicle driver powered seat base for people with lower extremity and mobility disabilities and spinal cord injury. The seat base eases transfers to and from a wheelchair. It has a front-to-rear travel of 13.5 inches, a height adjustment of 9 inches, and a 90 degree power swivel. All functions are independent to create numerous adjustments. The seat base is adaptable to most factory or retrofit vehicle seats. The Bruno Elan, model SRE-3000, is a straight rail interior seat lift designed for use by individuals with balance, lower extremity, mobility and cognitive disabilities. The Elan has a 0-, 67- and 90-degree locking swivel seat at the top and the bottom of the stairway. The height-adjustable, folding seat is equipped with an adjustable footplate with a safety sensor, flip-up arm rests, and a seatbelt. The Bruno Turning Automotive Seating (TAS) 2500 Turny is a powered turning automotive seat base designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities and mobility disabilities who have difficulty entering and exiting minivans, pickup trucks, and full-size vans. The Turny replaces the existing seat base with a swivel, power up and down base. It allows for an even height transfer from a mobility device or can be lowered to 12 or 16 inches. The Monarch Mark IA is a hand control made of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The device is operated by pushing a handle parallel to the steering column for brake and at right angle towards the driver's lap for acceleration. The control also has toggle switches for light dimmer and horn. The hand control will not interfere with operation of the vehicle by an able-bodied driver. The control can be positioned for left or right hand operation. PERMOLOCK C
The Permolock C is a wheelchair restraint system designed for people with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury who use the Permobil C400 or C500 power wheelchairs (see separate entries). The Permolock C consists of a locking plate that is mounted on the floor of the vehicle and a spring-loaded pin attached to the wheelchair base. The wheelchair equipped with the pin approaches the locking base from the rear with pin aligned with a slot in the center of the top of the plate. A control button added to the front of the wheelchair’s armrest controls the extension of the locking pin. The pin slides forward into the locking plate until it locks into place. An emergency release lever is located on the front of the locking plate, and a handheld manual release is attached to the locking plate by a cable. The Permolock C includes an indicator light to be installed on the vehicle dashboard to indicate whether a wheelchair is securely locked into place. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 3.75 x 20 x 17 inches (locking plate). POWER: The locking plate requires 12 volts from the vehicle. The pin mechanism requires 24 volts from the wheelchair.

PUSH PULL HAND OPERATED DRIVING CONTROL (MODEL CP 200)
The Push Pull Hand Operated Driving Control (Model CP 200) is a hand control for automobiles. The brake is operated by pressing the arm of the hand control toward the firewall in a direction parallel to the steering column. The accelerator operates by pulling arm the toward the driver's lap at a right angle. The brake and accelerator can be operated simultaneously for steep grades. The thumb-positioned hand dimmer has an optional toggle switch, and does not effect the use of the floor dimmer. The Push-Pull Quad Control is a car driving, hand control designed to assist drivers with muscular disabilities - post polio, muscular dystrophy. It is engineered to require no finger dexterity and needs very minimal use of the bicep and tricep muscles to operate. The pins are lightweight and adjustable, and attaches across the diameter of the steering wheel. TOUCH CONTROL SYSTEM (MODEL 8000H)
System has a vacuum operator for the brake pedal and a vacuum operator for the accelerator pedal. Operators are controlled by a single control handle on the control module which is about 3 inches by 5 inches by 8 inches. Control module can be mounted on the door in front of the arm rest, on the engine housing or bracket attached to the engine housing of a van, or on a bracket to the right of the steering wheel in a sedan. 2 to 4 pounds of force are required to operate the accelerator by moving the handle forward or to operate the brake by moving the handle rearward. Control module is connected to the operators by flexible hoses so the module can be positioned for best driver convenience. This system does not interfere with normal pedal function.

The Tri Pin Steering Device is a steering wheel spinner designed for use by drivers with grasping or upper extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury. The Two-Pole Dimmer Switch, model 3550, and Single Pole Dimmer Switch, model 3551, are remote headlight dimmer controls. A toggle switch mounts to the dash board for hand operation. The unit is made of a lightweight brushed aluminum alloy. The two-pole switch allows normal use of the factory-installed dimmer switch; the single pole switch deactivates the floor dimmer system and transfers it to dashboard. WELLS ENGBERG DRIVING CONTROL (MODEL CT 100)
The Wells Engberg Driving Control (Model CT 100) is a hand control for automobiles designed for use by people with disabilities. The brake is operated by pressing the arm of the hand control toward the firewall in a direction parallel to steering column; the accelerator operates by twisting the grip on the hand control in a counter-clockwise direction. The brake and accelerator can be operated simultaneously for steep grades. The control may be used on any vehicle with an automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes. The unit is equipped for either left- or right-handed operation and does not affect operation of the vehicle by people without disabilities. INSTALLATION: The control mounts on the steering column, brake, and accelerator. OPTIONS: A thumb-positioned hand dimmer with a toggle switch is available. The dimmer does not affect use of the floor-switch dimmer.

WELLS ENGBERG PNEUMATIC DRIVING CONTROL
The Wells Engberg Pneumatic Driving control is a hand control for automobiles designed for use by people with disabilities. The controls are air-operated driving controls for air cylinder to the brake and accelerator pedals. The control box is available in two styles: push for brake and twist for gas, or push for brake and pull for gas. The manufacturer estimated control effort by the driver to be approximately 4 ounces. The device is compact and does not interfere with the use of controls by a driver without disabilities. Foot controls adapt the pneumatic system for use by little people.

WHEELCHAIR AND OCCUPANT BELT / TRACK SYSTEM.
The Wheelchair and Occupant Belt/Track System has successfully impact tested at 30 MPH/20G. This test simulated the performance criteria required in FMVSS ##208, 209 and 210. Two models of shoulder restraints available, wall mounted non-retractable, and retractable. Tracks are installed in the floor of the van, in front and behind the chair, to lock the front and rear of the wheelchair frame in place. Web stiffeners are installed in the lap belt portion of the restraint to assist in connecting the buckle. Lap belt works independently of the wheelchair tie-down.
