Magi-Mouse is a mouse emulator designed for use by individuals with upper extremity or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This wireless alternative input device replaces a standard mouse for computer cursor control or a pointer to navigate alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) boards. The device plugs into a USB or PS/2 port on any computer to begin mouse or pointer applications, with no additional software needed in order to utilize all of the features such as click, double click, and drag. The design of the product incorporates Magitek's human interface tilt-sensor technology to enable the user to control a computer or communication board by head, hand, finger, foot or other body location. The Magi-Mouse also enables the user to operate the system through a conventional powered wheelchair joystick. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible or Macintosh computers or AAC devices. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: USB port or PS/2 port and Windows95 or later.
