The Medline Visco Form Wheelchair Cushion is a foam wheelchair cushion designed for use by wheelchair users at risk for pressure sores. The cushion has three different foam layers including high-resiliency (HR) foam and a four-pound visco elastic memory foam. A base layer of dense foam provides structure and support, preventing bottoming out. The visco elastic layer is sandwiched between the HR foam. When the user sits on the cushion the visco elastic foam molds to his/her exact anatomical contour. This provides both maximum seating surface area for reducing high-pressure zones and a substantial contour to properly position the user. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 4 x 16 x 16 inches (model MSCVIS1616), 4 x 18 x 16 inches (model MSCVIS1816), 4 x 18 x 18 inches (model MSCVIS1818), 4 x 20 x 16 inches (model MSCVIS2016).
