Picture of CONFORMA EXTRACTED PAD (MODELS MSC0398046, MSC0398056, MSC0398057, MSC0398066, MSC0398157, & MSC0398156) The Conforma Extracted Pad is a wheelchair decubitis pad designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury at risk for pressure sores/ulcers. This foam pad is made of an anatomically conforming material that accommodates ischial tuberosities and the normal sacral shape to provide spinal support and stable positioning, distribute weight evenly, reduce pressure, and protect the integrity of the skin. The pad is available with a Nylex cover (models MSC0398046, MSC0398056, MSC0398057, and MSC0398066) or a short-term cover (models MSC0398157 and MSC0398156). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 4 x 16 x 16 inches (models MSC0398046 and MSC0398156), 4 x 16 x 18 inches (models MSC0398056 and MSC0398157), 3 x 16 x 18 inches (model MSC0398057), or 4 x 16 x 20 inches (model MSC0398066).
