Picture of MARINER The Mariner is a wheelchair shower commode designed for use by individuals with severe physical, lower extremity, or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This commode comes standard with a commode pan and holder with safety strap. FRAME: The lightweight, folding aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware fits over most elongated toilets and can be used in the shower. Push handles are standard. This chair is 26.5 inches wide open and 12 inches wide folded. SEAT (WxDxH): The standard four-position padded commode seat is 18.25 x 18.25 x 22.75 inches. A 16-inch wide seat is available. The seat back is 18 inches high. ARMRESTS: Flip-up padded arms that lock down. BRAKES: Wheel locks. CASTERS: Available with four five-inch casters or two five-inch front casters. WHEELS: Two 23-inch rear wheels with treaded tires and handrims on models with two front casters. FOOTRESTS: Swing-away footrests are height adjustable without tools. CAPACITY 300 pounds. WEIGHT: The standard model weighs 41 ponds. The model with the 16-inch seat weighs 39 pounds. The model with four casters weighs 32 pounds. WARRANTY: Three-year limited warranty.
