Picture of STIREX FORK KNIFE (MODEL 16K038A) The Stirex Fork Knife, model 16K038A, is combination fork and knife with built-up handle designed for use by individuals with arthritis, grasping disabilities, or with use of only one hand. This utensil features an upright handle set at 90 degrees to the blade and a stainless steel blade with a two prong fork-like tip. The user's arm can remain with wrist straight while slicing and lifting food. DIMENSIONS: The blade is 4.5 inches long.
