Picture of KEISER AIR250 PNEUMATIC EXERCISE MACHINE - ARM CURL The Keiser Air250 Pneumatic Exercise Machine - Arm Curl is an air resistance exercise machine and arm exerciser designed for use by frail older adults and individuals with physical disabilities. The machine allows for a curl grip that develops the biceps muscle while protecting the wrists and elbows. The grips also allow for the hammer curl position for a better forearm workout. The articulated movement arm compensates for different lengths. Extra padding in the high-load areas and a fully adjustable seat provide additional comfort during exercise. Resistance is 6 to 126 pounds. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 38 x 50 x 25 inches. WEIGHT: 110 pounds.
