PRIDE SPECIALTY 3-POSITION CHAISE LOUNGER (MODEL LC-102)
The Pride Specialty 3-Position Chaise Lounger, model LC-102, is a seat lift chair and recliner designed for use by individuals with lower extremity and mobility disabilities. This model chair differs from most other Pride lift chair models in that it is constructed with an overall smaller frame. The chair portion is made of a laminate hardwood frame and the lift mechanism has a steel frame. It features 3-way full recline positioning and a lift mechanism that facilitates standing and sitting. Both the recline and the lift mechanisms are controlled by a push-button hand control connected to the chair by a cord. The built-in heavy-duty lift actuator can raise the chair and lean it forward and a scissor mechanism controls the reclining functions. Other features include standard fire retardant head and partial arm covers, and a dual pillow style removable back. The unit comes with a transformer that features self-diagnostic electronics and a 12-inch cord. POWER: Uses household current, and it has a built-in battery back-up that allows the chair to return to the sitting position in the event of a power outage. The battery back-up requires 2 9-volt batteries (not included). DIMENSIONS: The user height range is from 56 to 64 inches. The overall chair width is 25.5 inches; the distance from the seat to floor is 16 inches; the depth of the seat is 17 inches and the width of the seat is 16 inches. The top of the seat back extends 23.5 inches from the seat. The seat should be placed 16 inches from the wall to allow space for the reclining function. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 106 pounds.
