JAZZY SELECT 6
The Jazzy Select 6 is an adult powered wheelchair designed for indoor and outdoor use by adults with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (LxW): 35.625 x 23.5 inches with a 2-inch ground clearance (at anti-tips) and a 20.5-inch turning radius. This wheelchair has limited suspension. It has a non-folding frame with Active-Trac suspension and an articulating rear caster beam. The chair is available in red and blue. CONTROLS: 40 amp PG GC 2 controller. MWD: Two-motor, in-line, mid-wheel drive. SEAT (WxD): The standard seat is a (18 or 20) x (18 or 20) inches contoured high-backed scooter-style seat with or without a solid seat pan, with a headrest and limited ability to recline. Powered elevating seats, depth-adjustable folding seats and other custom seats are available. A lap belt is optional. UPHOLSTERY: Black or gray vinyl. ARMRESTS: Flip-up, removable armrests with 10- or 14-inch arm pads are standard. Flip-up, removable, height-adjustable armrests are optional. BRAKES: Electronic, regenerative disc brakes. CASTERS: 6-inch solid front and rear casters are standard. WHEELS: 10-inch wheels with flat-free tires are standard. FOOTRESTS: An adjustable height and depth foot platform is standard. Swing-away footrests, elevating footrests, height-and angle-adjustable footrest platform and heel loops are optional. OPTIONS: Dust cover, cup holder, rear basket, saddle bag, oxygen tank holder, walker holder, and a cane/crutch holder. POWER: Uses two 12-volt deep cycle U-1 batteries. An off-board 3 amp battery charger is included. SPEEDS: 4 miles per hour with a maximum range of 15 miles. CAPACITY: 300 pounds. WARRANTY: Five-year limited warranty on the frame and a 13-month limited warranty on electronics and drive motors.
