Picture of INTEGRAMOUSE The IntegraMouse, also called USB Integra Mouse, is a mouth operated mouse designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury, severe physical disabilities, or upper extremity disabilities or amputation. This unit has all functions of a standard mouse. To operate, the user places the mouse between the lips and operates the cursor by applying pressure with the lips. As little as 0.1 millimeter of movement or 10 grams of pressure are required to control the mouse. Mouse clicks (left click, right click, double click, drag and drop) are performed by sipping or puffing slightly into the mouth piece. The unit is installed through a USB connector (plug & play), requiring no external power supply, drivers, or software. An exchangable mouthpiece allows the unit to be used by several persons.
