PRONTO M9I POWER WHEELCHAIR
The Invacare Pronto M9I Power Wheelchair is a powered wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME: Six-wheel power base with a tight overall turning radius of 21.5 inches for accessability. CONTROLS: Fully programable MKIV-RII electronics for precise driver control. CWD: Center wheel drive. The center-wheel drive positions the drive wheels directly beneath the individual's center-of-gravity. SEAT: The van-style seat is available in semi-recline, full-recline, and adjustable back. The semi-recline seat has a width of 18 inches to 22 inches, depth of 16 inches to 18 inches, and a back height of 18 inches with an adjustable back angle of 80 degrees to 115 degrees. The full-recline seat has a width of 18 inches to 22 inches, a depth of 18 inches to 20 inches, and a back height of 21 inches and a back angle of 80 degrees to 180 degrees. Theadjustable back seat has a seat width of 16 inches to 24 inches, a depth of 16 inches to 22 inches, and a back angle of 80 degrees to 100 degrees. CUSHION: A rehab seat is available for individuals with positioning needs. UPHOLSTERY: The van seat is available in grey cloth or vinyl and tan vinyl. ARMRESTS: Flip-up adjustable height and width arms. BRAKES: Regenerative braking and automatic motor locks. CASTERS: Front and rear casters are 6 inches x 1.3 inches. WHEELS: Drive wheels are 14 inches x 3 inches. POWER: Battery-powered 650-watt, high torque motor. An on-board charger is standard. SPEEDS: Maximum speed is 6.5 miles per hour with a 9 degree incline capability. The chair climbs curbs up to three inches. CAPACITY: 300 pound weight capacity with a 400 pound option. WEIGHT: 258 pounds with battery and 183 pounds without battery. WARRANTY: Base frame and seat frame have warranties for 60 months; the electronics for 12 months; and motor/gearbox for 18 months.
