It can be used to read e-mail, text documents, and chat room messages. To have text converted to speech, the user simply highlights the text to be spoken. The program does not read the full screen, but only the part that is highlighted. This voice output program is fully customizable, with several different voices that can be modified in pitch, volume, and speed, and associated with specific applications. This voice output program uses the FlexVoice speech synthesizer program (see separate entry) and works with any multimedia audio hardware. COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, or 2000. OPTIONS: Download or CD-ROM.
