Picture of PHILADELPHIA COLLAR The Philadelphia Collar is a cervical collar designed for use with children and adults with spinal cord and neck disabilities and injuries. Available with or without a tracheotomy opening, this collar provides total cervical support and is radiolucent to permit X-rays without removal. Made of non-toxic hypoallergenic Plastazote foam, this collar has Velcro fasteners and can be cleaned with soap and water. OPTIONS: Snap on halo and stabilizer. SIZES: Infant, pediatric, small, medium, large, and extra large. DIMENSIONS: The infant size is 6 to 8 inches in circumference and 2 inches high. The pediatric model is 8 to 11 inches in circumference and 2.25 inches high. The small model is 10 to 13 inches in circumference and is available in 2.25, 3.25, 4.25, or 5.25 inches high. The medium model is 13 to 16 inches in circumference and is available in 2.25, 3.25, 4.25, or 5.25 inches high. The large model is 16 to 19 inches in circumference and is available in 2.25, 3.25, 4.25, or 5.25 inches high. The extra large model is 19 inches and up in circumference and is available in 2.25, 3.25, 4.25, or 5.25 inches high.
