The Evolution Mouse Trak is a track ball designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. This six-button programmable track ball is designed to eliminate the complex motions required when using a standard mouse. The unit has an integral hand support is curved and elevated to fit the palm and the buttons are positioned to fall under the thumb and fingers more easily, reducing movement. Additionally, when pressed, the key-style buttons move inward for a smaller, less tiring motion. The six buttons can be programmed for such functions as click, drag lock, double click, speed control, and more. This pointing device requires no software for programmin; programming is accomplished through hardware. COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM and compatible computers or Macintosh computers with PS2 or USB connection.
