The Talking Timer & Clock, model 8845, is a voice output clock and timer designed for use by individuals who are blind or who have low vision. This clock features a talking clock, countdown timer, and countup timer functions, eight alarm sounds, an auto-repeat function that enables the user to count down as many times as desired, and a memory function to enable storage of the most frequently used countdown time. All setting and function buttons are located and labeled in print on the front of the unit, which may be used on a desktop or attached to a belt. The hours and minutes are spoken during the setting process. The unit also has a large liquid crystal display (LCD). POWER: Uses two AG13 batteries (included). WARRANTY: 90 days.
