Why? Because is a language tutorial program designed for use with children with cognitive and communication disabilities. This set can be used for reading skill development or for communication training. Designed to demonstrate cause-and-effect, inference, and speculation about everyday events, each card in this set of 62 cards illustrates a cause-and-effect relationship, such as a picture of a boy playing with matches near a curtain and a picture of the curtain on fire, or a picture of a girl finding a wallet on the sidewalk and the girl giving the wallet to an officer at the police station. A guide is included.
