The Sacral Dish is a back support cushion designed for use in wheelchairs by those who in wheelchairs who are at risk for sacral coccygeal pressure ulcers. This cushion's semi-rigid base and unique shape provide a supportive foundation to fill in the chair's back upholstery while offering pressure-free ventilated protection of the sacrum. The support straps to the existing seat back and can be used alone or with the ISCH-DISH (see separate entry) or other seating products. This support comes complete with the cushion with a nylon cover and attachment straps, the back base, and a removable lumbar support. Tall models are available for high-backed chairs. SIZES: Regular, wide, tall regular, and tall wide. DIMENSIONS (WxH): The regular model is 16 x 16 inches, the wide model is 18 x 16 inches, the tall regular model is 16 x 22 inches, and the tall wide model is 18 x 22 inches. Custom dimensions are available. WARRANTY: Two-year warranty.
